We (3 adults) stayed for 2 nights during the paris marathon. The hotel is in a bit of a grimy area but there is a great indoor market opposite where we got great coffee and croissants. It's a short walk from Gard du Nord or gar de L'Est to the hotel which is being done up and although some areas... More

We stayed here for a weekend. Picked the hotel for convenience (next to Gare de l'Est): the area is obviously not the nicest, which is normally the case with areas around train stations in big cities, but we had no bad experiences and felt pretty safe given the surroundings and we loved the fact that we could easily reach all... Have just returned from a stay at Hotel Parisiana. Having read some rather mixed reviews, I decided to reserve my judgment until I visited. I have to say that I liked the hotel very much indeed. My daughter and I had a room at the back, in a sort of annexe across a courtyard. This was lovely, very quiet and... More

Very comfortable and close to all amenities. Rue de Faubourg St Denis just around the corner - which is full of restaurants and next to the Hotel is L'Enchotte - excellent food and wine. The Marche de Saint Quentin has a fabulous oyster bar and, also, cheese stalls for the last minute buy before catching the train. Staff are brilliant

We have been coming here for 30 years. For this price you know what to expect. Rooms are clean and comfortable enough. Reception was poor as usual. We booked a twin room but got a double, could change to another room, also double. The man at the reception was uninterested and not helpful at all. Next time we won't come... More

We stayed at this hotel for a 4 night stay over the new year period. We arrived by Eurostar and this hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Gare du Nord station. Room was spotless although the décor was a little outdated but nonetheless it was warm and comfy. Staff at the hotel would bend over backwards to help... More

Location is very good, located right next to Gare De L'est station, with direct metro links to centre of Paris. Also lots of places to eat nearby the hotel. Staff relatively friendly, not had much interaction with them, woman was very helpful and friendly but the man was not as welcoming. Our room was very clean, room service made beds,... More
