The room was very small, we booked à room for three people and we got a room that is meant for two people but with a extra bed. There was stains every where in the toilet, on the walls and on the lamps etc. it was not a good stay. There wasn't even a water boiler in the room. the...

I have stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoyed my stay. The staff are friendly and helpful--they even took me to the Gare du Nord when I couldn't get a taxi on a rainy day. The rooms are small, but adequate. I spend most of my time out and about. The location gives one a feel for "real Paris"...

The staff was phenomenal. If you need an extension cord plug strip, please let the front desk know; otherwise, you will have to choose between having the light on, the computer on, the batteries for the cell phone recharging, or the batteries for the camera recharging. All of the bad reviews come from people who selfishly expect their own standard of living and can't accommodate to the way things are done elsewhere (and the differences are minute.) Just to the right of...

Unfortunately stayed 1 night at this hotel. We left first thing in the morning to another hotel for the rest of our time in Paris. Upon arrival at the hotel we were told that our room was being cleaned and would be ready in an hour. The room was unbelievable considering it was just 'cleaned'! It was the smallest room...

Stayed here for three nights. The rooms are so tiny and smelly that it became difficult to sleep without leaving the windows open. Often the washbasin or bath drain would give out an unbearable stench. Requests for clean bath linen was never entertained and on the last day, they didn't even change the used towels. WiFi works only in the reception...
