Although the Hotel Sacha is relatively new, they have done very little to keep the noise level acceptable, especially for any rooms on the rear courtyard. Ordinarily a rear facing room is desirable for those seeking quiet. However, the hotel has installed a vent system in the back on which the rear rooms face. This vent system is so noisy,... More

Dear Frank, We are sorry that the hotel was not up to your expectations. After your comment acousticians are working on the regulation of the ventilation, the problem is currently being solved. Concerning the lightning of the canopy we decided to shut it down at night so it will no longer be bothersome. We still hope you enjoyed the “entracte”... More

This is a very comfortable hotel and the location is great, between the metro stations of St. George and Pigalle! The rooms are small but is not a problem. I will return to this hotel if I visit Paris again in the future.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for two nights, first time in Paris, and we don't regret it. We got a room on the first floor, next by the stairwell, overlooking a lounge below in the yard. (Room 101, I think.) It was fairly quiet at night. The room was well furnished, albeit a bit small (in accordance with Paris... More

Hotel Sacha was a great stay! The hotel and rooms were clean, the staff very friendly, and although not right in the heart of Paris, there were enough cafe's around to enjoy, and within a 5 minute walk to 2 subway stations. The only complaint I would have would be the size of the bathrooms...I'm a bigger guy, and it... More

This lovely boutique hotel checked all the boxes. Clean, pleasing decor, comfortable bed and breakfast and as a special treat the evening Interlude. The staff were all very welcoming and considering I do not speak French, they were very accommodating and friendly even to the point of helping me book and print tickets from a French website. The breakfast was... More

Hôtel Sacha is brandnew hotel in Opera/Bourse area. The rooms are small but clean and practical. The bed was one of the bests I have ever slept. Bathroom is tiny but we did not miss more space. Excellent hotel! Have been coming to this charming little hotel for 16 years even though it's been under different names. Great location in an authentic, historic, walkable neighborhood that is not very touristy. Tons of little bakeries, cheese shops and wine shops. Excellent location 3 blocks from the train. The rooms are small but clean and serviceable. Great hot shower... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
