I chose this hotel after searching many others on Trip Advisor and was so glad I did! This is a perfect spot for a single traveler (like myself) or for couples, business travelers, etc. The hotel is in a great spot in the city - the left bank is the best for a true Parisien experience - and is near the... My wife and I stayed here for three nights in late March, 2015. The location is superb, a short walk to many Latin Quarter cafes, to excellent restaurants, and to a metro stop that was on a direct line (4) to Gare du Nord (good for the Eurostar!). The place is lovely, the service is excellent (as was their English!),... More

Spent 4 nights there with family on the recommendation of my sister. Very very enjoyable, cozy, clean and great location. Rooms are indeed small but this should be expected. And it was QUIET! Staff was especially helpful and accommodating. Absolutely recommended.

The staff is polite, knowledgeable & helpful. The room is comfy & elegant. Location perfect. Would stay there again.

This is a small and very cosy hotel, decorated very nicely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small but the bathroom was great. The breakfast had all we needed. Best of all was the location - so close to great restaurants, metros, stores, etc.

Lovely stay at the Hotel Odeon in late March. The hotel is beautifully situated in the Latin quarter of Paris. Sites, cafes, and shopping just minutes away. The metro and train stations are conveniently located near by.

The staff was friendly and very helpful both prior to and during our visit. It is a charming hotel in an outstanding location with easy access to the Metro. Just keep in mind that the rooms in central Paris are generally on the small side, but the positive aspects of this hotel and its staff more than outweigh any negatives.... More

Stayed here two weeks ago for my first trip to Paris. The hotel is small as advertised but I found that added to its charm. It made me feel like I was a guest in someones home. I had a single room which was small but very comfortable for me since I was traveling alone. I mean you don't go... More

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighborhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighborhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighborhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
