This nice, clean little hotel is great if you're looking to see many of the big sites around Paris, while spending a lot less than other nearby hotels. The metro station is just a block away and the Seine is just a short walk to the south. If you're looking for an interesting neighborhood to explore by foot, the hotel... More

This hotel was awesome! Fair price large room, easy walk to louvre. We enjoyed this hotel so much. You can even walk tot the tower if you are up for a bit of a hike. notre dame is right around the corner. We will be back. We never ate here but we wish we had.

Stayed 2 nights here and it was a lovely hotel, the staff were charming and helpful . We wouldn't hesitate staying here again the next time we're in Paris. The hotel is very clean and smart with all the amenities you could need. It was just a short walk to the Pont Neuf and Notre Dame and of course the... More

We found that the location of the hotel was excellent, in walking distance for us for the Louvre and Notre Dame and 5 mins away from the Metro for everything else. The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly for us when we were leaving and going to the airport and our ride did not turn up. Phone calls were... More

Mid range price but with superior, caring Staff. Breakfast fresh, covered a variety of choices and plentiful, rooms "bijou" but clean and more than adequate. Only a walk to most attractions. Cafes shops close by

I struggled to find a low-mid range hotel in Paris, but this was perfect. Don't get me wrong, it is fairly basic, but it is clean and safe, the receptionist was friendly and most importantly for me it was right in the middle of Paris. 5 mins walk to l'hotel de ville, le Marais, 10 mins to chatelet metro, 15... We stayed here for 5 nights and we did not experience anything negative. The location is perfect. It is near the important landmarks, you can walk or just take the metro which is very near too. Staff was kind and helpful. We stayed at a room facing the road but the room is very quiet if you do not open... More

This hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to Notre Dame and only a couple hundred metres away from a metro station. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot more positive things to say about the hotel. When we arrived, we were given our room key and headed straight up. I took the stairs as there was not enough... More

Staying in Les Halles

Neighborhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
