This hotel is brilliant. The sense of atmosphere when you enter is second to none. From the decor to the gorgeous bathroom everything is superb. Breakfast buffet is plentyful and the service is excellent. the receptionst was very helpful on places to dine and sightseeing. I would definitely visit this hotel again!

We just got back from 3 nights at the hotel Cecilia. We stayed here with another couple for the Heineken Cup final and we all agreed that this is a great hotel. Great location, great price, great staff and great service. The hotel is located on avenue du Mac Mahon just off the arc de triomphe, and literally 2 minute... More

We immediately felt welcome - everyone at reception is extremely helpful and friendly. We paid a little extra to have a room at the front which was well worth it as we had a balcony and a wonderful view of the Arc de Triomph. The road is fairly busy during the day but quiet at night and we were never... More

We stayed in this hotel based on reviews from Trip Advisor. We were NOT disappointed. From the easy ride from the airport (Air France bus # 2), to the always-smiling, helpful staff (special thanks to Marie!!), to the charm of the hotel itself, we could not have been more pleased. This was our first trip to Paris and were somewhat... More

Me and my now Fiancee stayed here over Valentines. The hotel has everything you need while in Paris. A bar, breakfast area and your room. The room we was in had a great view of the Arc de Triumphe which was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge! Breakfast in the morning was the usual selection of... More

We could literally see the Arc de Triomphe from our balcony. Wonderful location - very close to the Metro. Safe at night times. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, but they aren't cheap. Good breakfast, service and choice. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Shower and bath and a nice sized bathrom. Only downer is small bedroom that doesn't make the best... More

Stayed at the Hotel Cecilia for three nights and thought it was excellent. Superbly located just a hundred yards from the Arc de Triomphe and the Air France bus stop. The nearby Metro station gives access to most of the major landmarks without needing to change at other stations. Our room was small but well furnished and spotlessly clean. Lovely... More

We loved the Cecilia - beautifully clean and comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff and ideally situated with the Arc de Triomphe 100 metres away. It is small and stylish (apart from the numerous displays of artificial flowers) and is in a quiet and safe area even though the Champs Elysees is just across the road. Good continental breakfast with fresh... More

Stayed in Hotel Cecilia for 5 nights and can confirm previous reviews: very clean, beautifully furnished hotel with quite large (for Paris) rooms in safe location with all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast and very friendly English-speaking staff - Just perfect. Recommend Air France bus no 2 if travelling from airport (irrespective of what airline you fly with) - Buy return ticket from... More

Neighborhood Profile
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th-century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
