i stayed at Hotel Cecilia in February 2015 with my grandaughter aged 16 years. This hotel is very true to its photos, its only a minute from Arc de Triomphe and the buses (number 2 near door 34 arrivals) to and from CDG stop only 2 minutes away with the metro in the same location on Avenue Carnot. It is... More

My fault really. I was seduced. By the website and reviews. But first the good news. Staff excellent, very helpful. Mmmmm..... Is that it? Well the location is great for Paris , especially if you intend to use public transport. Etoile station links easily to everywhere. Is that it???? Pretty much. Our room was small. Bathroom dated (ewww. Salmon pink... More

Just came back from 3 days break in Paris. One of the best things we did is that we bought 3 days unlimited zone 1-3 pass. It cost us £50 for two as we used metro a lot it's really payed off. Also on our last day in Paris we went to Sacre-Coeur. You have 2 choices how to get... More

After reading all the reviews from Trip Advisor and other travel sites, we decided to stay at the Hotel Cecilla in Paris. This hotel far exceeded all expectations and reviews that we read. Yes the rooms are small but they are very clean, the location was superb, the breakfast was nutrition but the staff are exceptional. We arrived in April... More

We spent 3 nights here at the end of a recent trip to France. Relative to the very high prices of many of the hotels in Paris, we felt this was a good deal. You are just steps from the famous Arc, as well as the high fashion shopping mecca: the Champs D'Elysee (which we strolled on our first night).... More

Hotel Cecilia is very well located just a stone's throw from the Arch De Triomphe and Champs Eleysees. The rooms are small, but bright and clean. The continental breakfast is fine and the reception is very friendly and helpful. There is a Vinci car park close by. I would recommend this hotel for any group of travellers.

We stayed at the hotel Cecilia for three nights at the beginning of January. This was a special mini holiday for me because I was planning to propose to my partner so I did extensive Trip Advisor and booking.com research to find a really nice hotel and eventually settled on this one because it had excellent reviews, looked small and... We traveled with my three adult daughters to Paris for New Years. We chose the Cecilia due to the previous reviews on this page. The Hotel was lovely. The staff were all friendly, helpful and eager to please. The rooms were average size for a European Hotel and clean, as was the rest of the facility. It was very close... More

Good reviews led to choose this hotel and after a week here i believe that it deserves another. EXCELLENT location, cleanliness, staff manning this premises. Good breakfast - room was slightly smaller than expected but bathroom larger than usual in compensation - linen and towels changed without question at guest's request - excellent heating system . My only small criticism... More

Neighborhood Profile
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
