This hotel is in a great location for exploring Paris on foot and is near to several underground lines. There are also lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Our room was big with a comfortable bed and modern decor. The bathroom is updated, not new, and the hotel is a good three star standard, nice but not luxurious.... More

We stayed in this hotel for 17 days with my wife and our baby. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the room on the 6th floor (it is a mansard floor); and when we asked to move to the floor with higher ceiling they gave us room on 5th floor once there is an opportunity to... More

This simple hotel is great value for money! The location is ideal; in a quiet sidestreet yet very close to so many restaurants and shops. A Metro station and bus stops are very accessible. The staff is the friendliest and most helpful we have ever met in hotels in our years of travel. The rooms are clean, they are not... More

It was my first time visiting Paris, and the hotel was a perfect place to come back to from a long day of sightseeing. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Our windows opened and the city view was lovely. Breakfast was simple and satisfying. The staff was helpful when I needed help. The location is pretty close to the metro... More

Well located, big room (for Paris), very nice teams, and very good breakfast. Many small restaurants all around, and you can find several supermarkets that make the stay very much easy. The personel is friendly and always ready to help.

Recently stayed 4 nights. Hotel ideally placed for shopping and sight seeing - 5 minute walk from Grands Boulevards. Front of house staff were lovely, as were the housekeeping team. Nothing was too much trouble. The snacks and drinks in the lobby were a nice touch. Rooms were nicely decorated. We asked for a quiet one and got one far... More

The room was as I was expecting it to be from what I had seen on the website.I was not disappointed. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel was comfortable clean and tidy although there was some plumbing noises which woke me up a few times. There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but you... More

This hotel is in a decent location in the 9th district, however there was definitely a lot of ambient noise from the small hallways, plumbing, etc. While that doesn't bother me, if you like quiet, it could be an issue. I recommend skipping the breakfast and going out to one of the many cafes nearby instead.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
