We visited Paris in February of this year for four nights as a romantic holiday for two. As it was our first time visiting we didn't really know what to expect, but found the hotel to be pretty much perfect! All of the staff were very welcoming. The location is very good, it is close to everything including supermarkets, local... More

We had an extended stay at this hotel and were very satisfied with our choice. The location is extremely convenient and is surrounded by some great restaurants - it's not the absolute 'elite' location shared with top luxury hotels but can't be faulted for the price. It's quite close to the metro lines and the Gare du Nord station. Rooms... More

You can not do any better in this price range then to stay at hotel Acadia Opera. Well positioned to the large shopping Galleries as well as the covered walkway arcades. The hotel itself is recently refurbished and is new and funkily decorated. The staff is young and enthusiastic and will go out of their way to help. Their English... More

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I spent 2 days and a night and was very happy with the understated efficiency. It is not the most polished or fancy hotel but does everything you need well. Good clean rooms, free fast wifi, complementary soft drinks, cookies, coffee etc. in the reception lobby, quiet surroundings. Don't hope for garden vistas or... More

We spent 3 nights at the Acadia Opera hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel is very colorful and welcoming!!! The staff was very very nice and helpful. Always smiling and willing to answer any touristic question. There was always complementary coffee, tea and more at the lobby. The hotel location is very good, close to the Opera... More

Everything was just as described or better! The location was unbelievable with 10+ restaurants & gift shops within 2 blocks! 5 minutes to subway station with two lines. About the only thing we could suggest is adding diet coke to the complimentary refreshments in the lobby. Wi-Fi & breakfast was very good & appreciated!

Bright, clean room with very comfortable large bed (two singles joined together). Bathroom has a bath and shower over the bath. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Yummy afternoon refreshments available. Highly recommend.

We have stayed in this hotel a number of times and have always experienced a warm welcome. The hotel has benefited from a makeover giving it a light, modern feel. The staff as always were excellent, especially Eric on reception. Our room 605 was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast plus the free reception buffet/drinks throughout the day.... Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
