The best personal customer service I have ever experienced. Excellent location. We have arrived in Paris quite early so we thought we may ask if the hotel will be ok with us leaving our luggage for few hours before we were due to check in. Not only they were ok they actually allowed us to check in few hours earlier!... More

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was decent if you plan booking a short stay. My room was immaculately clean and kept cool when I wasn't there during the day. This was great help because it was very hot outside. The location is ideal for anyone who is in Paris for a high end shopping experience. You are... More

I've stayed at the Hotel Astra Opera twice for business over the last month. The hotel is extremely well kept, smart interior design, staff are very helpful, fluent English. Extremely well situated right in the middle of Paris, near a lot of attractions & businesses. Thoroughly recommended for short stays.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and would definitely return. Rooms were a nice size and well equipped for business travelers as well as those on holiday- ie a functional desk, plenty of plugs, good lighting. The bathrooms are very nice with quality toiletries. They have air conditioning which was perfect since it was extremely hot in Paris when... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
