I stayed 1 night out of 5 night that I should have stayed. The room was dirty and in a very poor maintenance condition. The television was not working properly. At arrival the receptionist was normal and When I decided to cancel the rest of my reservation, he became very unpleasant and rude, although I had to pay one night... More

Nice clean hotel. Very central, beside Eiffel Tower & Arch de triomphe. Staff very rude except the ladies on reception! They were very helpful and friendly. Made you feel very comfortable. However, the Gentleman on reception (head of reception) extremely rude, abrupt and unhelpful!.. Would definitely not stay here again due to his manner....

My wife and myself visited this hotel whilst on the three night trip to Paris. Good location for visiting the attractions of Paris, nice cafés and a metro station in easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful in the main and our room was clean and tidy with air conditioning, there were no coffee or tea making facilities... More

The big plus of the hotel is the super friendly staff who are always friendly and helpful. The location is also great with a short walk to the Trocadero; and there are a number of supermarkets and restaurants close by. However, the hotel is rather noisy, not because of traffic - it is noise coming from the other rooms and... More

Able to sleep well, the AC was not functioning well so we opened the windows. Breakfast is good and toilet is also clean. Very near to the supermarket which is the cheapest in the area. Also very good location to the Eiffel tower and near to metro stations

The hotel is very average. Our room was small and the beds were the worst. I asked for an extra pillow and they did not have any available. We stayed here on our last four days of a 21 day trip to Europe and we give them the lowest rating. The day staff were initially resistant to helping us; however,... More

I am rating this hotel as average because everything about it is average but I could rate it "excellent" as it is a very good price for a great location and a lovely management. It is clean and the breakfast is good. So the price makes it "excellent".

I stayed here for a week in April, and would recommend. Location is great, 10 mins from Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower and the Metro is close by. Great restaurants close by and a convenience store across the road. The staff were great, very helpful in answering questions for a newbie who has never been to Paris. The rooms are small,... More

My wife and I stayed here for a week while I was in Paris on business. Location and Night staff are GREAT. Metro is close by and Alex and Isabelle are helpful. the morning staff on the other hand is rather morose and stuck up. The rooms are Parisian 3 star - small and cramped. While the towels were replaced... More

Hotel is in a great location, so close to the Eiffel Tower & Champs Élysées!! A lot of pubs and restaurants around the area as well as supermarkets. Very easy to find as long as you're good with a map ;) The staff are so friendly, they were great! Worth the stay.

Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
