We loved this little hotel. Walking distance - abt 5min from Bourse Metro station. Rooms abit tiny but very clean, and staff very friendly and helpful. Especially the two receptionists Alba and Peter. They speak English aswell which is a definate plus. We strongly recommend this hotel, even though i,ve read some negetive reviews regarding the room size, but hey,... More

The location of this hotel is the best among all the hotels I've stayed in Paris. Very close to Metro station (about 5 minutes walk to Bourse station.) The room was clean, the bed linens were comfortable, my family and myself all slept very well. However, there was a construction at the hotel during our stays which was quite noisy.... More

The location of the Hotel is excellent : walking distance (5-15 min max) to several attractions (Louvre, Opera, Les Halles, Palais Royal) and 3-5 minutes away from the metro station. The room is less than 18 sqm, but is good enough for a comfortable stay. Beds are clean. The negative point is the bathroom which needs some renovation (tiles, shower... More

This hotel is a 3 star hotel and proud of it! The location is good with numerous cafes all around. The room was very clean and the staff friendly. The bed and linens were quite comfortable and we slept well. One has to remember this is a European hotel with locations in many area around Paris. The buildings are old... More

We got a room that smelled bad, had humidity stains on the ceilings and dirty towels. Never paid so much to get so little. The room was also tiny and extreamly uncomfortable. The only good thing was the location.

Have stayed here before and will again. We had room on 4th floor overlooking street. With small verandah ..lovely. I think bathroom just redone. Staff very helpful...great restaurant recommendations.. excellent food nearby... and an organic cafe with very good coffee.. the hotel location is perfect .. and on a quiet street .. a very short and pleasant stroll through the... The hotel has several things going for it. Nice location. Pleasant and helpful staff, with the exception of the manager. Decent breakfast. Elevator. However, I strongly discourage you from staying here. I spent 8 nights at the hotel in June 2014. They will not let you check-in before the official check-in time, even if they have rooms available. I spent... More

Stayed August 2014 Staff really nice. Had booked there for 5 days. Unfortunately I will never stay there again. The carpet in the room was really dirty. I arrived there tired after an overnight flight and wanted to cry when I saw the room. The room is Very small. That would have been ok if it weren't for the gruppy... More

Was a little unsure about this hotel after a few bad reviews I read. They were so off base, the beds were comfortable. It was more in a business area, so most nights, was very peaceful. We slept with the door to the balcony open and loved it. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast for Europe. The staff was... More

The stay in the hotel was kind of a nightmare. The room had a terrible smell and we had to keep the windows always open. The carpet and curtains were full of stains and were really really old and dirty. the bathroom was so small that you actually had to jump over the toilet to reach the shower ( I... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
