We were in a room with shower, not bath. It was small. Would opt for the next size up (with bath). Staff was great. Room service fine. Only negative comment is that the location is to the edge of the 6th. We would prefer closer to the center of the 5th, Odeon, Saint Michel, etc.

I'd like that the room was bigger and the breakfast was included in the price. The round is very nice, the basic amenities are near, good and high standard. I did everything I wanted, nice and easily. The people that work in hotel are helpful and competent.

The Hotel was easy to get to from the airport. The room was small but clean. The bed was the worst part---small and uncomfortable. The service staff was excellent and always helpful. The location was great: near the Bon Marche, near metro, near Blvd Saint Germaine. A supermarket right down the street made getting snacks or food for the day... More

We stayed in the Deluxe Two Twin room. It was so charming. The room was definately bigger than our room at the other hotel we stayed at in Paris this trip. We had plenty of room to move around and to put our luggage. The staff was very friendly and even helped us book a shuttle to the airport. And... More

I just returned from two nights in this lovely hotel. It is in a wonderful neighborhood and perfectly located between two metro stops. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms must have been renovated not so long ago. Beds were great, in fact I slept better than in most luxurious hotels I stayed in. The rooms are on the... More

We got a wonderful four poster bed superior room at a very good price on a hotel booking website, I was very impressed when I came into the room. There was a separate loo from the bathroom which was also a pleasant surprise. The staff were charming and able to summon a cab in the pouring rain at a minute's... More

We used this hotel for our honeymoon, It was in a very nice area and was spotlessly clean. we chose to take breakfast on two occasions which was very nice indeed, the hotel is located centrally and close to the local metro giving access to all areas of Paris would highly recommend this hotel for mature couples looking for a... We stayed at the Sevres Saint Germain hotel in late November on the recommendation of friends. We got a great rate and really enjoyed the neighborhood. We could tell the rooms had been renovated, and they were clean and fairly well appointed. The hallways are very narrow and dark, though, and the elevator is extremely small. The staff was wonderful... More

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighborhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighborhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighborhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
