I stayed at Le Nouvel Orleans for one night while traveling with my mother We had a quick overnight stop in Paris- so we didn't want to spend a lot of money on a hotel. We thought we'd be getting a dumpy hotel for the price we paid online- but we were actually very pleased with this hotel. The bathroom... more

I travelled with my husband and younger daughter who had been studying abroad in Spain for the semester. After a few days in Spain and Rome, it was off to Hotel Nouvel Orleans in Paris. Although quite far from the CDG airport, the metro entrance is right across the street from the entrance of the Hotel, and the entrance to... more

Clean hotel. A little bit out of the city, but good if you are trying to save money. The metro stop is just across the street and is a good line to be on. Service was okay/ Nothing special, simply average. I did like the large windows in the room and there was a great Italian restaurant down the street! more

The Hotel is not too expensive, but it is a bit far from the major sites. However, there is the Mouton-Duvernet metro station just across the road. If, on arriving in Paris, your plane will be landing at Orly Airport, take the Orlyval train to Antony. Change at Antony and take the RER B line (suburban train) to Denfert-Rochereau. Its... more

We stayed at the hotel from 20th - 24th March 2009 and although the hotel was clean, staff pretty friendly etc., it was not great accommodation. We were in room 506 (5th floor) and the lift was out of order for the duration of our stay. Now I know these things happen and it's no-one's fault, however, it still hadn't... more

I stay here for our 4 days vacation in Paris with my wife and friends. Hotel is very convenient with Metro just opposite the hotel and the room was clean. Staff is okay and welcoming but only comment is on elevator which is too small so we have to go up 2 time for our luggage and small bath room.... more

I had read the reviews of this hotel before I booked. Most were good but I was still a bit worried because Paris hotels are notorious for not being what they claim to be on the website. I was surprise at the cleanliness of the hotel. I was with two other people so we had three twin beds. Our room... more

We stayed at this charming little place for two nights last September. It is conveniently located near a metro stop and is only a 10 minute+ walk to Luxembourg Gardens. We had a tiny, but cozy room on the 6th floor with a balcony overlooking the street. We could even see the top of the Eiffel Tower! The breakfast was... more

My fiancee' and I stayed at the Le Nouvel Orleans for six nights in December. We found it a great place from which to discover Paris. The #4 metro line stops right across the street at Mouton Duvernet. We also found the neighborhood convenient and charming for shopping and eating. Numerous cafe's and bistros within walking distance and both Monoprix... more

The service at this hotel was beyond horrible. The night before I checked out I left a FedEx package with the front desk and was assured it would be sent out the next morning. The package was a rental cell phone that I was returning, and upon receiving my credit card bill shortly after, I found that the phone had... more
