This Hotel is one to be avoided at all costs. The Breakfast was a race if you were late little was left. The Hotel ran out of Toilet Paper we were offered Kleenex Tissues, they had no extra pillows, or blankets. The room we had was small and grubby. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. The english... more

The hotel staff at the reception desk are anything but polite and made my trip extremely unpleasant. I had booked my room several months in advance and confirmed my reservation before showing up at the hotel. When I landed there, I was told that there was a "technical problem" (I found out later that they had overbooked the hotel and... more

I stayed at the above hotel for one night and found it perfect for my short stay in Paris. The location of the hotel is excellent, 2-3 minute walk to the nearest Metro station and a 5-7 minute walk to the Louvre Museum. I would recommend it !!! more

Getting here: From US on AA flight from Dallas, landed in CDG late morning, took a RR train B, blue line, from airport all the way downtown Paris to Les Halles/Chatellet metro station, from there change metro, only 2 stops, to Palais Royal/Musee du Louvre, then walk about 5 minutes. This is the cheapest option to downtown from the CDG... more

This hotel is small but spotlessly clean and staff are lovely. Great position, not far from Rue de Rivoli with it's eclectic mixture of shops. Not far from Tuilleries Gardens, the magnificent Louvre and the Musee de l'orangerie, which houses Monet's beautiful series of waterlilly landscapes. Lots of good but inexpensive brassieries nearby.Really could not find any faults with this... more

I stayed in the Pavillon Louvre Rivoli early this summer, and I was shocked by the high caliber experience I received for such a (relatively) low price. The front desk was always kind and helpful--not to mention they were open all night, no matter how late you stayed out--and the location was perfect. The hotel was located on a small... more

An older hotel, on a side street next to a main street and a 10 minute walk to the Louvre. The location was the primary benefit. High speed wireless internet is available for a fee (from Orange.com) but it did not work in my room on the fourth floor. I had to go down to the lobby where it worked... more

Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. Stayed 4 nights in May 2007. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location near the louvre. The air conditioning in the whole hotel does not work and there was no attempt to fix it. From the smell on the ground floor I think there was a problem... more

I recently suprised my boyfriend with a 2 night trip to paris using the eurostar service from london which was fanastic and quick. I selected this hotel based on the reviews seen on trip advisor. It was based approximately 20mins for Nord station where the eurostar is stationed, within a 3 minute walk from pyramides metro station and approx 4... more

This was our first trip to paris, and we chose this hotel for the location/price factor- it was frankly one of the more affordable hotels in 1e. Our room, on the 5th floor, was small but quite adequate, as we were basically on the go morning to night anyway. It overlooked rue Moliere itself, which is a smaller, one-way street... more
