This hotel was booked by our agent in a hurry and we were very dissappointed in the condition of the hotel. Air conditioner looks like it had not operated for years, the room was small and there was only 1 power point to plug the fridge, fan or charging devices into but luckily we were able to get a power... The hotel was in a great location close to restaurants, bakeries and many of the museums and attractions in Paris, but that was the only good thing. The staff were hit and miss. The room was dirty with stains on the walls and carpet. There was stains on the box spring and no cover, the blanket supplied also had a... More

We chose this hotel because of its location and stayed one night. I would not want to stay longer. It could be nice but is in need of refurbishment, the basin in the bathroom had a “pop up” plug that when put into the hole could not be removed. After waiting for an hour the hall porter fiddled underneath at... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the weekend of 19th-20th September. The first thing to note is that the hotel could do with a bit of refurbishment - nothing major, but we did have a crack in our bathroom tiles and the ceiling could have done with a re-paint. The rooms are also very small, so I wouldn't recommend... More

We stay there 3 days, absolutely terrible. after flying 34 hours we were exhausted we check in went our room, it looked functional but that's where it ends... Our room had bed bugs, the air conditioning wasn't working, the bathroom was full of mould. We also booked breakfast it was in a cave, it was overcrowded, very hot and the... More

Both the room and the facilities were dirty and needed maintenance. The personnel is not friendly at all, it was not possible to take away breakfast for two days in which we had to go out early. The breakfast room is minuscule and the food provided is not fresh.

Even by parisian standards this is a bad overpriced hotel. And not only that it is a scam. There AC hasn't worked for a long long time. Avoid avoid avoid at least in summer. Was staying with family and chose for location. But what a letdown I can't tell you. Rooms are so ordinary and old that it was probably... More

Just back from staying at this Dungeon. Rooms are like a dirty hostel. Never again!!! As for breakfast...... Well there wasn't any left. They didn't have enough to go around and the coffee machine was broken. This ruined our experience of Paris. Would never recommend this place to anyone!!

We arrived at the hotel to find our booking was non-existent. We still don't know whether this was the hotel's fault or our travel agent. Either way, the hotel found us a room quick-smart and apologized. The room wasn't large or modern, but it was comfortable and very clean with decent amenities and a comfy bed. We enjoyed the Paris...
