We stayed at the hotel for 1 night... the Room was spacious on the 5th floor with a small balcony.. We arrived early and the staff was helpful and helped us with an early check-in.. Located decently close to a metro stations it helped us explore around the city... The lift to the rooms could be more spacious.. is not... More

Our first time in Paris for a 4 night stay. We travelled as a family with our two children ages13 and 6 1/2. We stayed in room 54 (we requested a quadruple room at the time of booking) which was spacious and very comfortable. The room faced the front of the hotel and it also had a little terrace. We... We stayed at the hotel for two nights with our two children 3 and 8. The quadruple room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were fantastic. We arrived early because of our flight time and asked about the room even though it was well before check in time. The room wasn't ready but by the time we went and... More

We booked this as we wanted a hotel in a reasonably central area to see the sights. I'll start with the negatives: Our room was quite small, but it was adequate for what we needed. There was also a little bit of noise from the lift as the doors opened and shut that was clearly audible and continues into the... More

We were there for family trip in July'14 and stood in Aida Opera four nights. General impression is positive, except a few minor items (below). Positive thing number one - absolutely friendliness and positive-mind staff. Very open-hearted people, who tried to help for any our inquiry and even prevent it. Big thanks for all of them! Then: location - almost... More

Hotel is well situated in Paris within walking distance to many attractions and metro stations. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had booked 2 quad rooms for our group of 8 and found that we had ample space for our 4 night stay. Appreciated that this is a non-smoking property and can attest that management does take this... had a great nights sleep in this hotel with some friends. We had a triple room and I was stuck on the sofa bed but it was as comfortable as ever and I ended up having a lovely nights sleep. The only downfall I can say is the WiFi, we had troubles setting it up but eventually got it working.... More

Room was small but well kept. Some street noise began early related to construction in neighboring building. Evening doorman/bell staff did not speak English, and were not helpful during check-in and unloading of luggage, which was challenging. Breakfast OK - included if you reserve directly with hotel - served in attractive comfortable room. In general a reasonable hotel for the... More

Nice size room considering this was in Paris. Staff was friendly especially the lovely helpful lady in the breakfast room. The breakfast was plentiful. I enjoyed the pain au chocolat and the camembert cheese.

We stayed 2 night on the first floor. The room was a reasonable size, clean and quite comfortable and so was the bathroom. Good location, walking distance to Gallery Laffayet, the Opera, and about 15-20 minute walk to the louvre and Basilique du Sacré Cœur. Metro station right around the corner. The staff were great, helpfull and nice! There is... More
