We were staying at another hotel, walking distance from CDG, for almost a week. Unfortunately the hotel we were staying was booked out when we decided to extend our stay. We booked on this hotel for one night and were disappointed. We cannot conceive of how this is a four star hotel. Upon entering our room, we discovered that, in... More

We traveled all round Europe for three weeks and there were nothing like this I hardly write a terrible review for a hotel but this is a must A week ago, we stayed near the louvre in a B&B. We saw this place and we asked the front desk of Washington opera about the room. The guy was kind of... More

Nothing special about this hotel: outdated, old and tired furniture, a very small, hard as a rock double bed, thin walls....could not sleep the whole night because of the noise from outside. It is totally misleading, there is only one person at the concierge...she took 30mins to find the booking and still she couldn't understand which type of room we... More

The hotel is in a prime location for Paris and that's where it ends. Visiting Paris with a friend, we had received prior confirmation that the room booked would be a twin. We paid a premium for this as we could have booked alternative hotels who wouldn't promise a twin room, but were prepared to pay the premium price. On... More

Solid Hotel with smallish rooms, clean throughout and in good repair. Bathroom o.k., shower head and placement could be improved on. Staff friendly and effective. Wi-Fi is free. Price seems adequate, location is ideal.

We were in Paris recently and had to break our visit up between two hotels. We stayed at the Golden Tulip first and were not impressed. Outdated rooms, bad beds, and noise like no other. The pros of course are location but that's about it. Later we moved to another part of town and stayed at another hotel, significantly cheaper,... More

The location is excellent. Very close to many nice restaurants and only 5min walk to the Louvre. I travelled with a friend who is in a wheelchair and the hotel is easily accessible. I would like to say a massive thank you to the front desk man; Wali. He was excellent. He helped us from the moment we turned up... More

Boutique Hotel in the best location in Paris close to almost everything in a walking distance including museums, bistrots, restaurants and shops. Relatively spacious rooms with very pleasant decoration style and design- considering Paris hotels with limited space. No breakfast boufet but individually served proper quantities and portions of the basics petit dejeneour. WiFi ok but why have to login... More

Clean, neutral and friendly. Room comfortable. Excellent location for all easy access to all tourist activities and sights. Staff very friendly and we found them helpful. Good little convenience store a few doors down. Friendly bistro across the road. If you want a sensible hotel, for a city break then book with confidence. One small gripe - I really missed... More
