This was a perfect hotel for my first time travelling to Paris solo. The 1 bedroom was small but provided all the necessities required for my stay! Room was very clean and modern as well as the bathroom and Air con was working perfectly. Prior to my stay the communication between the hotel's reception and myself was very good any... More

During our 2 days trip to Paris with my niece we stayed in the hotel for 1 night. Choose the hotel for its location as easy reach to most of the attractions by walk or metro. On arrival reception staff was more interested in my booking being with breakfast or without than welcoming us. Finally, they gave our room card.... More

I stayed here eight nights (most by myself, but some with my husband) and chose it for price and location. The room was clean, comfortable and basic. Bathroom was up to date. The staff were friendly. It was a few blocks from two subway stops. No main tourist sites were in walking distance, but I bought a weekly subway pass... More

We stayed for a week and had a very pleasant experience. The room was small, but very clean and with great toilet facilities including air condition. The room also included an automatic safety box and the hotel's free wi-fi even worked in our room which is not standard for any hotel and something we very much appreciated. Only lack would... More

This hotel was not close to the centre of Paris but easily accessible to main attractions if you want to be in the less touristy part of the city. Staff were very friendly, rooms clean and although small, perfectly adequate. Breakfast was very good and there are some wonderful restaurants in a beautiful little street just a short walk away..... Found this hotel after some research, lived upto the reviews - great location, handy for metro and local restaurants and bars. Room good, staff good, couldnt fault it really! Would go back if I get the chance to go to Paris again.

We stopped here for 4 nights after reading the reviews on here, web were not disappointed. We had to contact the hotel over our booking after we had booked and they were courteous and quick to reply. We thought the location might be not very good, but there is a metro station about 10 mins walk away and it felt... More

We stayed four nights at Hotel Cardinal in April 2014 and were positively surprised by our large room and how well situated the hotel was. Clean, fresh and friendly! A very good standard of rooms and service and we enjoyed the french express breakfast of coffe, orange juice and croissant at a very affordable price. The hotel is very well... More

The room is very european, meaning there isnt much space- but what do you expect. Its great that they have a person at the front desk 24hrs, so you can leave whenever, we had an early train to catch- so it made this really convenient. the directions from the website wasn't' great, i definitely recommend looking at directions before hand....
