The location of the hotel was pretty good, it wasn't very expensive and the beds were very comfortable but the room was way too small, (I had to stand sideways to get into the bathroom) the receptionist wasn't the friendliest but I think that is just the french in general, also there were no English channels on the tv (I... I stayed at this hotel between 16.11.2014-20.11.2014 for 4 nights. I don't know where to start to talk about this terrible hotel's issues. The rooms were so dirty that there was nearly 1 cm dust everywhere. The wi-fi was not free, it was 2 Euro per-day and the connection was awful. The heating radiators were not working so i asked... The hotel is close to public transport (train station and bus stop around the corner, Metro close by) and looks nice from the outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception area is clean and welcoming. There is no lift but a narrow spiral staircase leading to the upper floors. Landings and corridors leading to the individual rooms very small/narrow.... More

The room was quite small for two..(ground floor room) website say that WiFi is included- it's not! Cost 2€ per day, and it only covers one unit. The breakfast is NOT worth 13€.. You can just go around the corner and eat a nice French breakfast for more than half price. Other than that, the hotel is good. And the... More

We arrived in Paris by train at the Gare du Nord station. It took us 2 trams and a 15 minute walk to get to the hotel (Upon our departure we took a taxi for 15 euros), but I would verify the price before getting in a taxi. There is a city bus stop just around the corner from the... More

Quite difficult to find even for local taxis which was an immediate warning. The reception was tiny and during booking I found that breakfast was not included which was a surprise as the price was high even for a major city. Walking up the stairs (no lift) was fine for me and I only had a small case but be... More

Stayed here for 2 nights- misunderstood booking- breakfast was not included (make sure you double check when booking) they wanted something like £8 each per morning we went elsewhere for breakfast so unable to comment on food. We drove to Paris and were aware of parking facilities at hotel- we arrived early morning to find no spaces so had to... More

First problem we ran into immediately upon arrival, the hotel was over booked. When we arrived at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, there was a line of other people, all of which were being told your hotel over booked and there was no room for us. An hour and a half later, we were finally able to "check in" but then... More
