The hotel was in a very nice location. The service was excellent. However, the room needed updating. The bathroom had stains on the walls and floor. Carpet was warn and couch was torn. more

Frontenac was a great little hotel. Great service, very pleasant people. My only complaint, which isn't really their fault, is that we landed early, so they made us wait until the last moment to check us in. Everything was clean.
