My daughter and I stayed at the Melia Colbert for one week. The room was adequate in size with a beautiful marble bathroom. The location is great on a quiet street and we could see Notre Dame from our window. The metro is only a few minutes walk away. Hotel staff is very helpful. Full breakfast was amazing with a... This was our second time staying there. We stayed in one of their suites on both occasions, which was perfect for our family of 5. The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Location of the hotel was perfect, being very close to the Metro and many restaurants and attractions yet on a quiet street away from all of... More

This hotel is not only about excellent location but immaculate service. I received such a high standard of hospitality and liaising service during my stay. My premium room was upgraded to Junior suite on arrival with very positive manner- the front desk person addressed very subtly ( sometimes they emphasize or say too much about their better offering that puts... This was overall a good experience. The room was small and did not have proper night stands or adequate coat hanging space but the people were so nice and the location so good, it made up for it. The bed was very comfortable.

Location, ambience, service...this hotel has it all! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, handled all our information requests, provided insights on where to dine and find entertainment in the evening...and help us navigate the subway (underground) system... My wife and I enjoyed the ability to walk everywhere from this ideal location... This is a small, boutique hotel located on... More

Great location right by Notre Dame (we could see it from our fantastic Juliet balcony!). The staff were lovely - we saw Francisco at reception both days we were there and he was just so friendly - he really helped to make our stay memorable. The room was quite small but had everything we needed for a one night city... More

We had never stayed in this area of Paris and had a wonderful experience. The Hotel is charming, wonderfully located and the staff is terrific. We did not opt for breakfast a the hotel and went to a bakery a block away every morning. Great quiche and coffee with fabulous pastries. Our room was on the top floor and very... More

Excellent location opposite Notre Dame, friendly helpful staff and good breakfast, good rooms if a little small. But the mattress, apparently brand new from a notice in the room. So hard we scarcely slept the first night. They added a padded cover the next night which merely changed it from torture to very uncomfortable. They need to do something very... More

Wonderful location. Short walk to the heart of the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame, Metro and RER. We stayed in Rm 3 on the Ground Floor. It had a view down the street of Notre Dame. The twin room was spacious, huge even with a sitting room and Bathroom down stairs. The windows opened onto the street so there was little... More

Just a few minute walk to so many great places. Great restaurants, 3 min walk to the cathedral in a nice clean neighbourhood. The hotel was recommended by air Canada and we will definitely return. I suggest the bakery just down the street for your morning pastries and cafe.

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
