Very nice staff. Helpful as well. I had no problem with my bags. The dude with the last post about not getting help with his bags probably should have asked for help. This place is a very Parisian style boutique hotel. Cosy, charming and well located. We are definitely coming back. The boulangerie close to the hotel serves an outstanding pain au chocolat and delicious croissants. Very close to the Notre Dame church and nice places to visit and eat nearby. more
