WIFI is a bit slow, the building is a bit old, but well maintained and the bed is a bit harder then I would have wanted. On the pluss sides it's close to the Metro, close to Montmartre/Pigalle, the employees at the hotel are very nice and helpful and we got a nice view of the Eiffel Tower in the... More

This was our first visit to Paris and this was our 22 anniversery. The staff was very helpfull and very kind. The hotel was clean and fresh. We got a bottle of champagne, maybe because we told them about our wedding day. The room was small but it was clean and fresh. The bathroom too. The hotel was very close... More

Staff beyond helpful. Good location. Easy access to Metro. VERY CLEAN! Small rooms but adequate. Breakfast was more than the normal for European. Beverage bar and snacks available most of day. Great Value for Paris!

Great place to stay, the reception staff are particularly helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast is buffet style, and there is a good choice from hot and cold. The location of the hotel is excellent and there is a metro nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel and will most definitely stay again.

I loved it , the stuff very nice, helpful. Loved the colors and the light of the hotel as well as the room where they serve breakfast. They gave us snacks everyday as a kind of buffet! Really recommend it. The area super cool!!

We have recently returned from a 2 night break at this wonderful charming hotel celebrating our 40th birthdays, the location was superb, Sacre Coeur & Moulin Rouge was only a 10 min walk away, opposite the hotel was a Metro station which made it easy to get around. The hotel is clean & perfectly comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful with... More

Beautiful slightly quirky hotel, small enough to be personal, large enough to have the facilities. Staff were fabulous and helpful in every way. Enough local knowledge and English to keep us happy. Would highly recommend if you like something less plasticy than usual chains. Easy metro access to Paris central. Great breakfast. Beds really really comfy and very clean

My teenage daughter and I stayed at this hotel last summer for 3 days. It was close to the metro and only a few blocks to walk to the Moulin Rouge. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very neat and clean. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods and drinks that would please anyone! Our room... More

Great situation, near Place St George, the Metro station and a wonderful Bistro Le Bon George. Very friendly and helpful staff, we were upgraded to a little "suite" on the 6th floor with a magnificent view of the sunset behind the Eiffel Tower. All very clean, and a great range of Breakfast choices in what would have been the vaulted... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
