Although the rooms had been refurbished (but very small) the reception/hall/elevator was a dirty construction site. After arriving from a 16 hour trip in the morning, there was no water for a shower until the evening with non-stop very loud construction banging from 9am-4pm on weekdays. Although the staff were friendly, it wasn't enough .
