This hotel's best asset is its location, but it also provides helpful staff, nice rooms, nice view, and has an elevator and free wifi. The room was adequate and comfortable, and though we were offered an even smaller room but with a balcony, we chose to stay put. Being there in January probably influenced that decision! Plenty of shopping and... More

The best part of this hotel is its location. It is right on the Madeleine place, just across the road from the back side of the Madeleine church. The Madeleine metro is at the corner, within 100 metres from the hotel. The hop on hop off bus stop is in front at 200 metres.Same is the normal bus stop. A very good Chinese... More

Wow! Loved this hotel. We had such a wonderful experience. Our room was small but they are very clever with space at the hotel so it wasn't an issue at all. The bed was so comfortable, pillows were great, we slept so well! We had a view outside our window which was wonderful, we used the L'Open tour bus -... More

the location is wonderful, just in front to the Madeleine church. You can reach Place de La Concorde in few minutes by feet and for long distances, metro is very near. The rooms are not big, but if you are lucky how I was, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the church. It was the first time I tried... More

It was our first time in Paris and we had been warned by friends that the hotel rooms can be pretty small. That said, the room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was very nice had a good amount of counter space. The was a large window/door from the bathroom out to a small terrace. It would be pretty cramped... More

I stayed with a friend in September 2014. It was a wonderful location. The room was a typical size for Europe/Paris, but nicely done and comfortable. We had a great view out the window with a partial view of the Madeleine Church. The staff was very helpful with directions and re-booking our dinner at Moulin Rouge. I would stay there... More

The hotel has a great location in the Place De La Madeleine, very close to the subway station. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well decorated. The bathroom is a little small but it works. Staff is very helpfull and polite. The elevator works properly and has a decent size.

We spent a week in Paris, a city which I love. The hotel staff here are super nice. The girl on reception is wonderful and speaks many languages. The room we originally booked was a little small when we shown it, so we upgraded. The breakfast is really good here with plenty of variety. Service was wonderful. I was not... More

My husband and I hook a trip to Paris for our 35th wedding anniversary. At the last minute we had to which hotels and we choose the Madeleine Plaza. This was the best choice we could have made. They have small rooms but the bed was comfortable and it was clean. We were lucky and got room 603 which has... More

Hotel Madeleine Plaza is the hotel to stay in Paris if you are looking for one that's smack in the middle of Rue Saint-Honore and Galleries Lafayette. Nothing beats the convenience of having the Metro and an awesome cafe (Cafe Madeleine) that serves wonderful breakfast right at your doorstep. Room size is typically what you would expect in Paris -... More

Staying in Champs-Elysees

Neighborhood Profile
Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
