This hotel while is on the small side it is still quiet comfortable. The rooms are not very spacious but they are clean and tidy. The bathroom was small but again perfectly fine. The staff for me was what made our trip so enjoyable. The front desk staff we so accommodating, making recommendations for things to do. Booking trips, dinner... More

Amazing cute hotel with very good breakfast. Very close tower Eiffle and city centre. On the same street is nice shop with food and many restaurants. Really the best place for rest in Paris for not too big money. highly reccomend it.

I don't think we could have found a hotel in Paris in a better location. This place is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower in one direction and the Arc De Triomphe in another. The room was small, but updated and comfortable. And the front desk staff were very helpful. If I ever get back to Paris, I'd stay... More

The Florida Etoile Hotel is a great hotel in a perfect location. It is a short walk to the Trocadéro (which is just across the river from the Eiffel Tower) and just a slightly longer walk to the Arc de Triomphe. The Boissière metro stop is just around the corner, and others are nearby. Michele at the front desk is... More

I've just returned from a two night stay in this hotel. On arrival I was put at ease by a friendly and helpful person who acknowledged my request for a quiet room and told me where it was.details for wi-fi were given and this worked well. The room was small but well equipped with a kettle to make own drinks,... More

This beautiful old world hotel had nice rooms by European standards with a helpful staff and am amazing complimentary breakfast! Best of all, though, is its close proximity to the Trocadero, Eiffel Tower, Arch de Triomphe, Champs Elysses and the metro, all within a few minutes walk. It is situated beautifully and will be my hotel of choice next time... More

Stayed here last week for one night. It's a simple, clean, perfectly adequate hotel in a good location. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast cheap, the rooms clean and an ok size. It's true the walls are very thin and I wouldn't have liked to have worked during the day here, but if you are in Paris why are... More

Arriving at the hotel we were welcomed by a very lovely receptionist who was very helpful and friendly. The reception area and breakfast area was very neat, tidy and clean. However, we stayed in room 104 which was a corner room facing the centre of the hotel and a glass roof so we had no view whatsoever. The room itself... More

I have recently returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel with my mother and I cannot fault our stay. The hotel is in the perfect location, minutes away from the Eiffel Tower aswell as the Metro to get to various locations and bus stops to take tours around the city. The hotel itself was lovely and clean, the... More

Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
