We had a two suites and loved the space. Two bathrooms is very nice for two people. Travelling with two adult kids and the suite worked out nicely for them to share. Very close to metro could walk to Champ Elysess.

We found the staff to be very friendly and eager to help. The room (we stayed in a "refurbished" room on the 3rd floor) was fine...but tiny. It made NYC rooms look big. My said said it reminded her of being on a cruise ship. The hotel is the first stop of the Air France bus (route #2, the Port... More

I stayed there during a Business Trip. Hotel can be conveniently reached with the Airfrance-Buses from the airport. Reception was very friendly, the room was also good. Convenient, stylish and functional - the bed was very comfortable. Met with a colleague in the Bar - Selection of drinks and quality was good, service was friendly, but had to ask a... More

Good location with metro station within 5 minutes walk, Air France CDG airport shuttle bus stop just across the road, you can get the bus ticket from hotel concierge (€17 for 1 way) or pay direct to the bus driver. The problem is bed in the hotel room, whereby we keep "knocking" to the bed frame at the corner when... More

Good hotel for Paris standards. Good gym and big rooms. Good restaurants in the surrounding blocks. Probably not worth the price unless you want to stay in this region. You can probably find better location hotels with same standards for the rate.

Comfortable enough stay with fair sized rooms. Based on the rate I had for the night I thought it was good value. Not the best location in Paris but it's a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe (from the opposite side to the touristy stuff). There is an airport bus stop just out front that goes directly to CDG

Hotel was nice location and quite a busy hotel. Room was nice basic American style hotel. Breakfast was 29 EUR for basic American style and service was very quick to room (15-25 min) Cons: Internet problems in wing I was in and hotel seemed to feel it was not too important to fix. Kept pointing at my computer issues until... More

We stayed here at the end of June after a river cruise. The rooms were plenty big enough. The bathroom was also large and had nice towels and toiletries. There's a safe in the room and a refrigerator. Everything was very clean. There are areas in the hotel with computers and printers to do boarding passes. The breakfast was good.... More

I travelled with family late June. The hotel provided me with an upgrade, basically a larger room, although all rooms are just too small, with connecting door. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful in every way. It is a very good hotel for short stays because the rooms are small. the room décor is very nice and the bathrooms... More

We spent three nights at the property, and were disappointed at almost every turn. From uncomfortable beds (even in an 'upgraded' room to an incredibly loud fan in the breakfast space we were told to 'ignore'. I'm a fan of Starwood, but given that this should be a high end property it was a BIG disappointment. Limited help from the... More
