We stayed here as part of a Viking River Cruise for 4 nights - from Paris to Prague. The hotel was comfortable, the room was good size and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in morning was very good and plentiful - buffet style. The drinks at the bar were a little overpriced, but so are many hotels. While... More

Stayed over the public holiday for 2 nights. The modern room had everything we needed, comfortable beds, good lighting and great shower. Would have preferred a bath sheet rather than the smaller bath towel though. For such a large hotel it had a surprisingly intimate feel. The staff were polite and friendly but Patrycia on the Reception desk deserves special mention.... More

I stayed there one night on 12.05.2015 for business. I had a classic room, price 220 eur, excluding breakfast. The lobby and breakfast hall are large and meet the standard of that kind of hotel, but my room was very old fashioned, and clearly needs refurbishment (cracks scratches on doors, old carpet, worn out seal on the glass partition in... This place has small rooms and they rip you off for money exchange. I pd $56 dollar to exchange $150 ...almost 33%. I also got picked out as a mark by a Romanian gypsy. But got a Away safe. It's also got pickpockets working the public areas and dining.

Dear Jollywomon Thank you for this review. I was disappointed to read that your expectations were not met and that there were certain parts of your stay that gave cause to less positive comments. All our rooms have the same size due to the shape and the date of our building but all remain in compliance with the european standard.... More

Business trip wherein the conference was at the Le Meridien. As you probably know, Paris is expensive. We decided to try a bus from the airport to Le Meridien, and it saved us almost half over the taxi, very pleasant ride, and dropped us off right AT the hotel. Most of the "usual" tourist places are either within walking or... More

Dear Eugene E Thank you for this review following your stay. You made a good deal by trying the shuttle as it drops you just in front of the hotel accross the street and well done as you saved money too. Le Meridien Etoile is well surrounded by varied restaurants and shops. Our Property is not far from Le Palais... More

We stayed here one night prior to our river cruise. It was a nice comfortable hotel near the Arc d'Triomphe, a large shopping center, and restaurants. Public transportation was nearby so you could go all over Paris from here. It also included a yummy extensive breakfast buffet in the morning.

I have been traveling to Paris for work since January 2015...stayed at the Le Meridien over 25 nights. Very helpful staff, great at 'early check in' for US travelers, and a comfortable place to stay. Always willing to do the extra things that help I would recommend a stay here at any time. Location is next to convention center so... More

Great location of the Hotel and Arc de Triumph approx. 1.5 km away, Eiffel Tower approx 25 minutes away (walk). From the Airport CDG there is a Airport Shuttle just stoping at Port Maillot and the Hotel is just on the other side of the street. Then if you are there for Roland Garros, there is a public bus, PC1,... More

Although by its address Le Meridien seems to be off the beaten path, the reality is that the location is superb; just a stroll down the Ave de la Grand Armee, and you'll be at the Arc de Triumph, across the street is the Palais de Congres, an all inclusive, upscale shopping mall / entertainment center with performance and movie... Very nice large room. Excellent breakfast. Clise to the Arc and Champs. Mall across the street. Only problem was stepping out of the treacherously elevated shower/tub. Beware if you have impaired agility and ask for a step.
