This is a small boutique hotel with varied rooms so your experience may be influenced by where you land. the neighborhood is high end, the 8th, and it is very well situated to walk over the Seine to the 6th and 7th as well as to the nice shopping areas on the Right Bank. Th fitness center is a joke,... More

Dear Madam, We are always pleased to receive guests’ feedback and to learn from it. We have taken good note of your remarks but we would like just to point out that :> our cardio-training room has indeed a limited size but you could have mentioned that the fitness area also includes a jet-shower room, a sauna and 2... This is an old fashioned hotel, elegant and well run. It is in a great location. The desk staff and conceirge were very helpful. When we initially didn't like our inner courtyard room we asked for a different one and they went out of their way to find one that would satisfy us. We prepaid and so received a free... More

We really enjoyed our few days at this conveniently located hotel and they do many things right BUT... as I wrote in a blog last year EVEN THE BEST HOTELS DO SOME REALLY DUMB THINGS. For example they provide a variety of huge bottles of Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom - very luxurious, BUT THEY ARE BOLTED TO THE... More

We recently stayed one night here and were presently surprised. The location is great. The room was large by Paris standards and very quiet. Best of all, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel de la Tremoille for 5 nights right after we completed our tour of Egypt. It was certainly a nice change after Egypt and we glad we picked this hotel. Great location, wonderful staff and certainly an unpretentious Parisian experience we were hoping for. We have recommended this hotel to our family and... More

Now this hotel is a little gem in the heart of Paris. My room was large, nicely decorated with a great bed, lovely linens, amazing air-con and a small but workable bathroom. I only have 2 negatives, not enough English TV channels and I had no hot water, but they were fixing this so I am confident that when I... More

I've stayed at La Tremoille several times over the past 3 years - as its conveniently located around the corner from my Paris office. It's also my bosses favourite Hotel in Paris & being a Parisian himself I never thought to stay else where. Until my most recent trip that is. I don't know what happened but it was disappointing... Staying in Champs-Elysees

Neighborhood Profile
Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th-century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
