This hotel is in a great spot across from Gare de.lest railway station. Unfortunately the staff were not accomodating My daughter requested adjoining rooms as we were travelling with two small children and informed they did not have any but my husband and I had an adjoining room with another person travelling with us.The staff were quite rude and the... I recently stayed here while on a short vacation. The location is great. Metro right outside the front door. Paris metro will take you anywhere. Plenty of good restaurants and I would recommend the piano bar and restaurant around the corner from the hotel. The staff is friendly and if you don't speak French they speak English and do their... They say people in Paris are rude , I've experienced it a few times in Paris but this was the rudest and it happened at this hotel. Not once but twice !! When we were checking in we asked to have a bucket of ice and two wine glasses plus a wine opener sent to our room, we were informed... More

I stayed here last year and was happy with the freshly remodelled room. My room this year was clean and fresh as well, including the paint stains on the bathroom floor. But the service this time was so poor, I had to lower my rating of this property. At check-in and check-out, the staff seemed to be confused about the... More

This hotel is wrongly labeled as four star. Hotel amenities are close to zero, no toothbrush, slippers, etc. Room service doesn't change the towels until you call the reception that you can't find the number for it as there is no telephone guide anywhere in the room. Rooms are crampy and unbelievably small (even beyond the european standards) but everything... More

Walking distance from Gard du Nord, felt safe doing so with luggage at 11pm. Friendly staff, helpful. Room at the rear of the hotel was quiet and a decent size. Good bathroom. Decent breakfast although the breakfast room is a very strange layout and there can be some delays in finding a table if you try to take breakfast at... More

We stayed in a junior suite and although it had a seperate bedroom and lounge, it was quite small. The hotel is convenient for the eurostar, just a 10 minute walk. We have stayed here a few times but the customer service has declined since our last visit, not very welcoming. There is an excellent restaurant next door which sells... More

We arrived at this hotel after our flight, and wanted to be close to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar to London. The location was superb! The hotel is across the street from Gare de L'Est for quick access to Paris. The hotel staff was very kind, and one staffer repeatedly patrolled through the front anteroom and waiting room to... I stayed here during a business trip for two nights, really can't fault the place. I would definitely consider staying here for leisure too. The staff were very accommodating; we arrived at midnight on a Sunday night where all food places were closed so the man on reception gave us directions to his friend's restaurant a couple of doors down... The location directly by the train station is very convenient but I could perfectly hear the Boise on the street from the 5th floor. Check-in wad a bit chaotic but staff was nice. I found breakfast to be too poor Fir a 300€/night even if Paris is 90% booked.
