Fabulous one night stay. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable spacious room. We stayed on the 7th floor which was nice and quiet with amazing views of the Eiffel Tower and Mont Martre. Great location within walking distance of many attractions. Delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

We had a one night stay, great rooms, great views, (7th floor) everything was clean, the staff friendly and with a mix of French and other nationals as their staff. The rooms immaculate, sufficient space, and we'll be back...thank you.

The hotel ist very well located, Close to the Train Station, Metro just in front. Very friendly desk-manager when we arrived, excellent room. The hotel as a whole is now nicely refurbished. But: check out was difficult (to say the least): staff seemed to be stressed, overchallenged, not well trained.

This hotel has very poor service. For example, if you ask help to scan one paper, they won't do it for you or won't tell you what to do. What they show is no patience. Also, the towel here is pretty dirty. The cleaner sometimes do not knock and then enter into your room.

We stayed on the 5th floor newly renovated room.Comfortable beds, but poor quality noise insulation from the street and metro, which runs right underneath the hotel. Breakfast was cheap offerings. We got stuck in hotel lift and no one was able to answer emergency call,as not many staff spoke much of english. We have noticed later in the afternoon other people got stuck... More

Terrible terrible terrible. The area was terrible, not for tourists.Remodeling being done in the hotel, and luggage had to be hauled up the stairs before even getting to the reception area. The room was cute, but not for more than 2 people,so if you are with a party of more than 3,don't even bother. No iron, ironing boards. The area is near restaurants and bars but Parisians... More

Excellent location, although currently being refurbished so did not get to see the hotel in all its glory. Room was clean if a little noisy (Metro), breakfast buffet very good. I would definately here stay again.

I stayed 3 nights and it met expectations. The room was recently renovated and felt clean and modern. The location for many things including Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord was excellent. Breakfast was good and the check in/out process was efficient. The biggest let down was renovations during the stay which will be good for future visitors. It... More

Summer trip for three girls from NY. The area was terrible. The wait staff at the bistros were rude. We were stared at and even yelled at twice. This area is not a tourist friendly area. The hotel is going through a reno and we had to pull huge suitcases up a flight of steps to get to the reception.... More
