I hate to write negative things about a hotel, especially after the initial charm and kindness of the staff. However, when I and another member of our party in another room complained that it was exceptionally hot in the rooms, the only answer we get is "it is working maximally; there is nothing I can do." I realize Paris is... More

Dear Barret C, After carefully reading your review, l am really sorry to see that your stay was not up to the par. However, allow me to bring up the following precisions: - Paris is going through an exceptional heat wave, with temperatures rarely seen for so many days in a row (even the last heat wave of 2003 was... Claire and the rest of the Hotel staff were great. Claire was really helpful especially in responding to allergy sensitivity requests. We needed to change rooms and they accommodated our request without any issues or resistance. The staff were really pleasant and helpful on restaurant recommendations and tickets to different sites. The lobby bar area and outdoor atrium was open... More

I stayed in this hotel for the first time. I have stayed in many others in Paris. Firstly, this hotel is in an excellent location just one street back of the busy area of the Champs Élysées. Staff are very much kind. Rooms are wide and neat. Toilets are clean. Beds are comfortable. I stayed here together with couple of... More

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. Chose this hotel based on a very pleasant "negotiating" over the phone previous to our trip. It showed up to be a nice and very good placed hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and the cosy "hidden" garden was a nice place to either start- or end a... More

The location is good if you are planning to shop on Champs Elysees, however, no good restaurants/cafes nearby (even though there are numerous at walking distance, nothing noteworthy). Considering that the hotel is four star, the service is terrible, there is only one person from evening till morning who tries to do everything and terribly fails at it. Everyday I... More

Mr Muhammad Ashan A, After carefully reading your review, and double checking with the staff, allow me to shed some light to your comments : - No good restaurants / cafés nearby... nothing noteworthy...?? We stayed in Atala Champs Elysees hotel. The staff were very helpful, manager Roberto Vittorelli, and staff (Clair, and others..don't remember their names) were very pleasant and provided excellent customer service. They spoke English and made sure we were having nice time in Paris. The Hotel is minutes walk from the Champs Elysees and walking distance to points of interest... More

Dear Ara B, Well, what could I say after reading such a positive and kind review...? The staff was pleased to read that they were efficient in making your stay an enjoyable one. Dear HowieEmbry, Glad to read that you enjoyed your stay at the Atala. Stayed at the hotel with my daughter for the Paris Marathon. The hotel was full. There were 53000 runners in the race, many accompanied by supporters. The hotel coped wonderfully well, which isn't always the case in these situations. It is everything it says on its website. We had a memorable time and would certainly stay at this hotel again...
