We stayed at this hotel for three nights. Chose this hotel based on a very pleasant "negotiating" over the phone previous to our trip. It showed up to be a nice and very good placed hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and the cosy "hidden" garden was a nice place to either start- or end a... More

Dear Gunnar E, Thanks for the nice review. We always appreciate when someone takes the time to tell the others how much they did enjoyed their stay at the Atala. Glad that you could also enjoy our garden (next time you'll see all the changes done). Hoping that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you again soon. Best regards.... More

The location is good if you are planning to shop on Champs Elysees, however, no good restaurants/cafes nearby (even though there are numerous at walking distance, nothing noteworthy). Considering that the hotel is four star, the service is terrible, there is only one person from evening till morning who tries to do everything and terribly fails at it. Everyday I... More

Mr Muhammad Ashan A, After carefully reading your review, and double checking with the staff, allow me to shed some light to your comments : - No good restaurants / cafés nearby... nothing noteworthy...?? I'll have to disagree : there are plenty of good places where to eat, ranging from the humble bistrot to the 3 Michelin Stars. If you... More

We stayed in Atala Champs Elysees hotel. The staff were very helpful, manager Roberto Vittorelli, and staff (Clair, and others..don't remember their names) were very pleasant and provided excellent customer service. They spoke English and made sure we were having nice time in Paris. The Hotel is minutes walk from the Champs Elysees and walking distance to points of interest... More

Dear Ara B, Well, what could I say after reading such a positive and kind review...? The staff was pleased to read that they were efficient in making your stay an enjoyable one. As for the location, true enough, that, although just a stone's throw from the famous Champs-Elysées, the Atala is a very quiet place to stay. Now that... More

Booked this room through Rocket Miles so was not expecting to get the best room. But I have to say the room were given was very very nice. The room was not huge but worked for us. My only dislike was the room got very warm in the middle of the night, either the hotel did not have A/C or... More

Dear HowieEmbry, Glad to read that you enjoyed your stay at the Atala. Sorry that your room was too warm at night (our A/C works fine, but it was not on during your stay, some nights being still quite cold at this period of the year). Front desk staff did appreciate to read your positive comment about their service. It... More

Stayed at the hotel with my daughter for the Paris Marathon. The hotel was full. There were 53000 runners in the race, many accompanied by supporters. The hotel coped wonderfully well, which isn't always the case in these situations. It is everything it says on its website. We had a memorable time and would certainly stay at this hotel again... I booked 2 rooms at Atala Hotel as I was running the Paris Marathon. I picked the hotel for the location, which is on a quiet street only 2 mins walk from Champs Elysees. I've stayed in many Parisians hotels , and none of them come cheap (and even fewer are worth the cost) but Atala provides customers value for money. The location is brilliant, a stone's throw away from the metro, Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe, but what really surprised me was the size of the room, the quaint wooden floors, a beautiful... 15 years ago we celebrated our honeymoon here. We are booking our next trip as I write this. Over the years we've stayed here 4 times, as we've watched this place blossom! The 1st time we stayed, we were sitting on our balcony at 3:00 a.m., gazing at the Eiffel Tower, when we heard a voice down on the street.... More

Remember when someone in LA published a book with the secret routes around the city? Or how about those guys that told all about Hawaii's secret beaches in their guide books? Neighborhood Profile
Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
