It's hard to find a 4 star hotel in the center of Paris with rooms that would fit you and your luggage at the same time. This hotel has them. Hidden off the Champs Elysees, Atala has well appointed rooms (slippers would be nice for the 4 stars, but...), and a modern bathroom. Service is very good. The room smelled... More

This small hotel is undergoing major maintenance works. The noise made by the pneumatic hummer drills is over any tolerable limit. I had to use my hear plugs in order to be able to stay in my room the few hours I had to spend in the morning before leaving the hotel. They could not even change my room. And... More

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Was able to request for a renovated room after the first night which was a huge improvement on the first room. I highly recommend booking one in advance as they are far superior to the older rooms. The location is great, a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and a couple metro... More

Thank you for having shared your experience with other travellers. My understanding is that you were first given a classic room and then probably moved to an executive room (more or less the same size, 17-18sqm but with a fresher look). I hope you will be happy to learn that we are currently re-designing all our classic rooms and there... More

Very charming boutique hotel, though rooms are very small and not so high tech (as we used to living in asia) but the views of Eiffel tower and that little outside patio are perfect for couple breakfast . Paris is a tough place to find a well located, comfortable hotel that offers value for money. Atala achieves this (but stress that this is in the context of the Paris hotel market). Very close to Champs Elysee on a quiet street and it has BBC 1&2! Don't rely too much on the restaurant , bar etc ...you don't need... More

Staying in Champs-Elysees

Neighborhood Profile
Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
