We were two couples and shared a family suite for one night only. Very nice and spacious rooms , comfortable beds. Great that the bathroom and WC are separated. Being in middle of Paris without street noise was positive too. The hotel is 2 min by feed from Grd Boulevard metro station. The hotel is Old but has been reshaped... More

We are a family of four and had stayed here for 5 nights. We had booked a family suite but it wasn't available for the first night so we were given two double rooms at no extra cost. What a lovely gesture! This is our second time staying at Hotel Corona. Location of the hotel was excellent, you can easily... More

My hotel in Paris! I have been there four times and I certainly will return in autumn. My last stay was in Mai and I enjoyed very much as always. The breakfast has always been very good and I enjoy speaking french with very friendly and polite hotel staff.

This was a great find. We were in Paris during the heatwave, temperatures at 39 c. We desperately needed to find an air conditioned hotel and the Corona Opera was a lovely surprise. Staff were a delight, friendly, informative and efficient. Rooms were a good size for Paris and spotlessly clean. I needed to be put in touch with a... More

Three of us shared a junior suite and its was good. Positives include a/c , modern bathroom with strong pressure in shower, good location for subway and city tour buses, decent size suite and modern ambience. Negatives are few but the a/c only existed in one room of the suite so you had to leave connecting door open to benefit... More

there are way tinier hotels in paris. my brother in law stayed at one right next to this one and he said it was half the size of this hotel. I know they are all tiny but wow Americans are spoiled with space. I hit my toe on something everyday in my room, I am a super clumsy person in... More

The hotel is located on a quiet small street behind boulevard des Capucines. It has that vintage Paris look, makes you feel like you travel back in time. Friendly staff, always helpful. We were 4 friends had a suite at the last floor, we were surprised by the spacious apartment. The hotel manager is friendly and will help you anytime.... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
