We liked the location, very close to most of the attractions. The hotel is located very close to metro station and walking distance from Gare du nord. The hotel staff was very friendly and did speak english. The room was clean except for old carpet. Overall a good hotel to stay.

Strongly recommended for family. Nice room and nice people at the desk. Good position in town, close to metro and restaurants and place to visit (Opera, Louvre, Lafayette). We did not have the breakfast there, with the price of a single breakfast at the hotel, we could eat for 4 just 100m outside. Only negative point: the moquette. With a... More

At my 3rd visit at Paris, we've decided to change the region we generally stay at the city. So we choose the Opera region and we settle at the Opera Corona Hotel, which was a very good option. The hotel is well located, near many interesting places (bistro, cafe, theaters, supermarkets, subway, etc), has recently renewed its room/lobby decoration, their... More

Hotel Corona is a charming 3 stars hotel in the heart if Paris. Strategicaly situated close to metro stations, in walking distance of several main attractions of Paris, like the Musee Grevin (some meters only) and the Opera (10 minutes) makes your stay easy. The rooms are very clean and renovated, however a bit small, which is always the case... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. Location was perfect for us, close to Metro and within walking distance to a lot of sights. Our room was small, but really clean, the bed and pillows comfortable and the bathroom was all we needed. {lots of hotwater}. We found the breakfast nice and fresh, Was expensive but... More

Location was great close to main landmarks, metro services and many restaurants. Front desk staff are very helpful but dont fall for the shuttle service to the airport they sell you upon arrival. The shuttle service is horrible it says to book three hours before your flight and be ready 10 minutes before pick up but they were almost 45... More

Good location and in a relatively quiet alley - which some people might find off-putting. My non-smoking room smelt of smoke, the Wifi didn't work at all well in the room. Staff are friendly. Room was OK. Honestly next time in Paris I look for something on the end of the metro line that is hopefully cheaper. Here you pay... More

Very well located, in a quiet alley. Metro just around the corner. Ideal room for a family of four. Spacious and clean room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very tiny lift. Wi-fi not very reliable. Expensive breakfast. Experience to repeat.

We have stayed only for one night, however we really enjoyed it. Great location in center of Paris. The room was quiet, nice and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast in friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place especially for short stay. We will come back.Thank you!

This hotel was in the perfect location, although hidden from the main street, once you find the hotel you know that you are 5 minutes walk from everything. about 1 minute walk from 4 different underground stations and 10 minute walk from Galleria La Fayette. There are many coffee shops and clothes shops and all the site seeing hotspots are... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
