If you are looking for a well located, modern hotel at reasonable cost in central Paris you could do worse than stay here.
I stayed in the same hotel some years ago but it has since been refurbished and renamed. And it provides everything you need.

The rooms are compact but it is central Paris. Despite their size they have everything you need for a short stay. The modern design is in contrast to the dated decor you find in some central Paris hotels. Rooms have a bright shower room, flatscreen TV and a kettle for hot drinks. The only criticism about the room is providing plastic cups for hot drinks. If budget hotels all over the world can provide real cups - surely Le Quartier could as well.

The other slight issue is that the basement breakfast room is small so when I went down there was nowhere to sit. So I headed off to a cafe outside the hotel. My colleagues did manage to squeeze in but said I hadn't missed much.
