We previously stayed at the Villa Alessandra several years ago and didn't hesitate on booking for a return visit. The staff were generally polite and helpful although some were more pleasant than others. We were however very disappointed with our room which was misleadingly described as garden room. This is in fact is in the basement with an outlook on... More

The hotel is a nice 5 min walk to the Arc de Triomph, nice area with the daily fresh market outside The actual hotel on the other hand, not a 4* hotel at all! The rooms were cramped, the bathroom had mould in, the tiles were falling off. The hair dryer apparently 'burnt your hand more than it dried your... More

I've just checked in.It was a great mistake to choose this hotel! The only good thing about it thats it nearby the office of my company Which I'll have to visit every day. Villa looks like a very old motel with unpleasant smell, very small rooms even for Paris. The staff at the reception is far away from what is... More

This hotel is well situated for your trip to Paris, especially if you're planning to explore the city using the metro - Ternes station is practically next to the hotel, and you reach the heart of the city in 5-10 minutes. The rooms are small but tidy, the staff professional and cordial. The rooms view an enclosed courtyard so there... More

We stayed for 5 nights just last week .A very quaint hotel with free Wi-Fi, nice clean room, very friendly staff who speak English and are helpful with directions and good service. 600m from the Arc De Triomphe and Champs Elysees, lots of cafes, bakeries and Metro in close proximity and fantastic fresh food stalls everyday 50m from the hotel... The hotel was in an interesting location (the 17th Aris.) It seemed to be in the middle of an apartment complex. It was loud on a Saturday night but otherwise quiet. The pros were, it was a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe, lots of cafes around, and an open market with lots of vendors and bakeries just around... More

Staff was very friendly, room clean and the best was the location. You can't beat that. Wifi was good, staff great and the point is we would come back. So if you have had a bad experience I don't have an idea how and why ...and we stayed there only last week.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a weekend trip to Paris and with no complaints. The reception staff were always very friendly, polite and endeavoured to help us when we needed (!). Our room was light, spacious and had a great touch of Parisienne charm, my only criticism is that tea/coffee making facilities were not available in... More

This place has everything one wants to have for a perfect long weekend in a french stlye. If you walk 5 min round the corner it's a must to taste the sea food platters. I think When it comes to paris one loves it for what paris has to offer. If you are planning a long weekend have a look... More
