First thing to say about this hotel, The entree and staircase are renovated. All is very narrow and the rooms are small. Yes, it is difficult to be in a room with two people at the same time, only if you lay in the bed. But the location and the price is worth to stay here. All is in walking... More

We really love this neighborhood, so we choose & booked the hotel 5 months in advance. We got there in the morning to find out that there are renovations works & the lobby is out of service. No one bothered to update us about it! Our room was not ready on time for the check in. Then, around 2:30 pm... More

I stayed here for five nights last week and It was my second visit to this hotel. The location is fantastic as it is close to two metro stations and just off the main street in a quiet corner. The hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay but it didn't disturb us at all. We had a privilege room which... More

I choose this hotel for value and location and it didn't disappoint. Although renovation work was taking place during our stay, it didn't disturb us at all. The hotel is situated a few minutes walk between two metro stations, Blanche and pigalle. The area around is a little colourful but seemed safe. The comfort room is a little of the... More

Really great hotel, comfort room was small and we were on the ground floor so didn't get a view. Room was clean and when we requested extra towels they were happy to give us some. Easy to get to central Paris and can either walk or its a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Also close to bars,... More

This hotel is in a great location , 10 minute walk from the station and surrounded by bars and clubs if that's your thing! We arrived early for check in one room was ready and we knew that we would not be back until very late so requested the number of our rooms, which we were duly given. On returning... More

After walking towards the hotel we were worried what we had got ourselves in to. We needn't have worried. The hotel, staff and rooms were all brilliant. Would definitely recommend! I maybe wouldn't take a young family to the local area as there is a lot of inappropriate shops on the Main Street. For a couple though it was a... More

My first staying at this hotel was a few months ago and since the experience was pretty good I decided to book a club room once again. This time the room was perhaps smaller than last time and unfortunately the lift was not working. Two floors was not that difficult for me to climb with the luggage but I guess... More

We booked two rooms for 5 days. Coming up with a rating for both rooms, but here is the summary: The good: - the location is really great, equidistant to the pigalle and Blanche stops - the decor is simple and clean, which is perfect for the relatively small rooms. - overall, really really clean and the in room amenities... Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
