I had prebooked a superior room and paid extra to have breakfast included in the price. On arrival I was shocked to find the room tiny. You couldn't swing a cat in there. I questioned if this was the larger room was the basic room a cellar. When I mentioned my concern to the receptionist she just dismissed it as... More

The Plaza Tour Eiffel is central to everything you will need in Paris. The rooms are clean the bed in cumfy. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The staff have been most thoughtful. My husband has Parkinsons disease and needs his medication refridgerated the staff was right on to it. Breakfast hasn't a lot of variety but fresh and tasty. The... More

My boyfriend took me to Paris for my 21st birthday and we stayed in Plaza Tour Eiffel for 3 nights. We got an amazing deal through Thomas Cook, which included breakfast each morning. Our room was very comfortable, the food was delicious, the staff were every so friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a perfect location - and... More

I picked this hotel based on location and the reviews I read here and I'm happy I did. It was a great little gem...a boutique hotel...and I will definitely stay there again. I loved the location and appreciated the fact that it was on a quiet street. It took only 5 minutes to get to Trocadero and 15 minutes to... More

The location of the Hotel is excellent. From the top end of the street there's a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. It's a few minutes walk into Trocadero. At the end of the evening when walking back from the hustle and bustle, it's literally a few minutes before you enter the peaceful residential area in which the Hotel's located.... More

The hotel staff was amazing. They were all super friendly and made excellent recommendation for both lunch and dinner. We had fabulous room with a lovely view of the Eiffel tower and since we were in Paris on Bastille Day we had a spectacular view of the fireworks show from our terrace. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood just... More

Fabulous location near the Eiffel Tower. Nicely decorated room but very small. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was a bit boring. It was a very expensive stay so I expected more, especially a bigger room. This was one of the smallest rooms I've stayed in.

Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
