Recently had a fabulous paris trip with the family. The Berne Opera was not only conveniently located to the metro, but also there were many restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. Over the weekend, there was also a farmer's market around the corner. In addition, we had hot breakfast included and a wonderful boat cruise. Note: keep track of the serving... More

We purchased a one night package with Eurostar-London to Paris, which included Louvre Tour, Eiffel Tower admission, Seine boat tour, and one night at the Bern Hotel. We were given room #1. We imagine this can only be a converted storage room or overflow space for package tour guests. We are frequent travellers and are accustomed to small European hotel... More

Dear Sir, Dear Madam, Thank you for your comment and for taking time to give your felling about our hotel. You were disappointed and I do apologise for this. But I have a good news. We made renovations works and now the room 1 is a very nice Junior Suite of about 30 m2, which it is a good size... More

This hotel is well located which is a great bonus! The people at the reception were very courteous. We arrived at 12h30 (check-in time 14:00), they check us in with no problem. Internet is not included you'll have to buy one of those cards they sell at the reception. Our room wasn't well cleaned.... We booked three nights. Every evening... More

Good location right near a metro stop (and two stops away from the Moulin Rouge), room was nice and clean.. We requested a triple room with an extra bed, and got a double room with two stretches, they said this was the biggest room they had and were not very flexible (so we had to stay in this cramped room... This hotel was extremely hard to find. It is not near the opera house as the name implies. The bathroom was very small with a slanted wall on the shower side which made it difficult to take a shower without hitting your head. Definitely not for someone over 5 feet tall. Room was very quiet though with a nice view... More

Travelled solo and was given a room on the 1st floor. Bed was big as I think it was meant for two person. Room was also quite spacious. Most importantly the hotel has been or is still undergoing refurbishment, so everything was new. Room was also quiet and I did not hear any noise unlike the reviewer below who said... More

Read mix reviews about this hotel. Booked a package with Orbitz which supposed to come with free breakfast, wi-fi and a river cruise. Arrived this morning with my two children (teens), took the RER to Garde du Nord to line 4, and than to line 2 at Barbes-Rochechouart. What a mistake, one-half of the escalators in these metro station did... More

It's 3 star, in Monmarte region of Paris. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors breathe. Bathroom not comfortable. Internet connection is expensive, not convenient to log in and very poor quality. Overall - worse than average. More

This was a great find - a 3-star hotel in a residential area with great customer service. We arrived on a late afternoon and were warmly greeted by the front desk person. While our actual room was not ready upon arrival, they gave us an adequate room for the evening and then the rest of our 10-night stay was in... More
