Functional Room - neat and tidy. They serve a cold European breakfast. Location is really convinient as its next to the metro station. Lots of restuarants around to catch a bite. The hotel is old an the rooms are small. Everything was quite clean, but for example the toilet was very worn. There is just basic things, no comforts like hairdryer and the showercurtain was seen its best days. There wasn´t any kind of wardrobe, only few coat hangers. The elevators were not working and the front desk would not help up carry our luggage thru the winding staircase 4 levels up. Had no air conditioning and I had to beg them for SOAP for our bathroom. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and I have never in my life been to such an awful hotel. more

went to paris with my boyfriend for his birthday in august. hotel was tiny, room was crammed, also had a bad smell, sort of like bad car freshner. lovely little cafe/restaurant on the corner by the metro, staff were very nice and great food. trip to paris was great, hotel let the holiday down. won't be back to this hotel... more

Overwhelming smell of something (Shake n Vac?) throughout hotel; condom wrapper under bed (not ours!); power cut for a couple of hours (not hotel's fault, but could have been handled better). Location is not bad, right by tube and quite a few bars and stuff nearby. more

I booked the Tim Hotel in Paris mainly off the tripadvisor reveiws. The location was excellent, the rooms were however not what I expected.
