Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with my boyfriend. Everyday we asked for shower gel, shampoo etc for our room, most days I had to ask twice but still they couldn't be bothered to bring us any. We were also woken up nearly every morning by housekeeping vacuuming at 8am. The walls are really thin so you can hear... More

The location is fabulous, service of the front desk great, service at breakfast good. The only problem is cleaning in the room and luck of soap. Had to ask everyday for soap and cleaning. They say the reason is that in Paris no hotel leaves soap.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Location is excellent, 5mins from Champs Elysees, and 10-15 from Eiffel Tower. Service was excellent, free internet and great friendly staff. Room was very comfy, don't be put off by tiny elevator. Loads of restaurants and bars in the vicinity but still in a quiet and safe neighbourhood

Neighborhood Profile
Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
