We arrived at 14.30 and made very welcome by the reception staff. Our room was on the 7th floor and the lift only went to the6th floor but our bags were carried up the final flight of stairs. The hotel was clean and our room had twin beds, tea and coffe making facilities and a small selection of toiletries. Breakfast... More

Upon deciding to come on a last minute trip to Paris with my mum, we decided to see whether this hotel had any availability as we had stayed here a few years ago and had a wonderful stay. We were greeted by Coralie when we arrived and she was so friendly and helpful. We were told we were on the... More

I stayed at this hotel during a holiday to Paris with my boyfriend to celebrate my 21st and was more than impressed! The room was beautiful and modern whilst the location of the hotel is also ideal for tourists, with good access to metro stations to see all the desired Paris sights! If I was returning to Paris I would... More

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull! The rooms are not big but very clean and everything needed is inside. The WiFi was working well. But most important the location is perfect for being in the center without paying extremely high prices.

The hotel was simply amazing for the price. Very nice rooms, well maintained and very clean. The room and bathroom are slightly larger than the standard Paris style. The staff is very welcoming and always happy to help you out. A place to go back to.

Nice room, friendly staff, good location. We did not purchase the breakfast but purchased food from the grocery across the street. Room clean and large bathroom. Small elevator, there was 2 of us and barely fit us and our luggage. Near to bus stop and subway 10 min. walk away. Only downfall could hear the subway at night (not very... More

Dear Sir, The situation during the evening of July 04 was indeed mismanaged by my temporary employee. The only opened and available room for sale was sold shortly before you booked yourself at 11h10 p.m through the website. The way the employee presented the situation was indeed not suitable. Please accept my apologies for this and the fact you did... More

The only thing keeping my review from 5 stars was the size of the room, and the tiny shower. Otherwise, I would very much recommend this property. The best thing was the front desk staff. We dealt with three of them, and they were all very pleasant, went out of their way to be helpful, and spoke flawless English. Some... More

The whole 6 nights i stayed here still remains as a nightmare. The moment i got to my room i noticed an extremely unpleasant odor. The next morning when i went down for breakfast i could smell the same odor and i almost walked out after losing my appetite. The next night when i walked into my room after work... More

Dear Madam JK, I’d like to present to you my deepest apologies concerning the very bad experience you suffered from. Few days before you stay, 2 guests stayed in this room and clearly suffered from a lack of hygiene. We cleaned the room very carefully and found that in their bags and luggage they left intentionally (empty), there was a... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
