We booked this hotel at the last minute after a change to our travel plans. We got a room at a great price. This was a great location with a ton of restaurants in the area, easy access to the metro and walking distance to many sites. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and offered a great view of the... More

Love the decor in this place! All very modern with lovely turquoise and brown theme, and graffiti on the ceiling! Bathroom is a stylish wet room and functions really well. Breakfast is good , the best croissant I've ever had! Decaf in the room which is thoughtful! Housekeeping needs to improve though. No spare toilet roll when we checked in... More

Convenient if needing a place close to the train station and the rooms were also very nice. However, walking through the neighborhood that surrounds the hotel is super sketchy at night. Also, although this is probably not a problem most of the time, the air conditioning for the entire hotel was broken. It was super hot. I slept on top... More

This Propert is a present surprise. The front desk was extremely helpful ... Abit short but that's just the French thing I think.!!! The room is small but very functionalbut very well put together. New flat screen TV, new and fresh interiors. Large window that open to a courtyard below and allows for fresh air...what a refreshing and welcome aspect.

We stayed here for a total of four days. The metro was quite a few blocks away, and when you get off the train, we felt like we were in the slums. If I were traveling alone, I would not feel comfortable. However, it was easy to get around in Paris from this hotel. The room itself was clean and... More

We spent 3 nights in Paris end of June and when we booked 3 rooms (Party of 6) we were not made aware that the hotel was under renovations. When we arrived the lobby was gutted and there was no bar or common area where we could sit down or spend time. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and updated.... More

We stayed mid-July 2014 and had a similar experience to many reviewers. The hotel is looking nice after the renovation, rooms are clean, Flat Screen TV, Fridge, new bathroom, etc. - So the rooms are lovely. We started in a 6th floor room, and the AC was not working and with heat rising we were boiling. We had to move... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in April 2014 as I was visiting paris to see Justin Timberlake at stad du France. The man on reception was extremely helpful and very polite unfortunately I can't remember his name. The room was small and the view was ugly as it pointed into a yard but it was clean and nice inside.... More

Stayed for a weekend in June, it is close to a good metro station (chateau d'eau), near a loat of supermarkets and great restaurants as well as walking distance to gare du nord. Staff were nice, had no issues, tho they were redecorating. Room, yes it was small, but face it, its an old building in the centre of Paris,... More
