We arrived in the evening, vert friendly staff, gave a better room than booked, provided a baby cot. Staff advised us on near by restaurants. Perfect stay. Nice atmosphère, located near Galeries Lafayette, nice walk up to Place de la Madeleine.

Everythimg was good. If I visit Paris next time I will definately stay at this hotel again. Location and room is good. Especially staff are super friendly. Nice and good quality room. Tourist spots are in walkimg distance and metro station is close, train station is also very close.

Worst hotel stay we have ever had. There was construction on our floor and next to our room. It was AWFUL. Staff was rude and not helpful. We won't be back. The breakfast was awful. Nothing fresh and at 25 euro per perso , it left a lot to be desired.

Easy to find on Rue Lafayette. Some good restaurants nearby including pizza, brasseries, coffee etc. Easy shopping for food and sim cards nearby. And you are near the Opera and Galleries Lafayette - don't forget to get a map from the front desk so you can get 10% off your purchases. Check out the new home - Galleries Lafayette Maison... More

I am saddened to write this review as the staff, in general, was very polite and... I chose this hotel myself for me and my family. But the general feeling one gets from this establishment is that everything is improvised and chaotic. Let me explain why... I booked 8 nights for my parents and 4 nights for myself and my... More

Stayed there 3 nights with my husband over Christmas. I have to admit the first day we did smell paint (due to renovations) so it was a bit uncomfortable but overall a great hotel and would definitely stay again. You have 2 metro stations within walking distance and gare du nord is just 15min on foot. If you like to... More

When I arrived at the hotel there were no rooms available. However I think reality was there were larger rooms but no rooms available for one person. They requested that I go to another hotel for one night and come back. I said no. If they wanted me to go to the other hotel then I needed to stay there... More

Stayed a couple of days in the run up to Christmas. Nicely renovated hotel with lovely room in the heart of Paris. Great location to explore the city from with easy access to metro and walking distance of Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay again and quality of room higher that most other hotels of this size that I have... More

We arrived late at night. Once we arrived the room we got were awfully small and not for our travelling size. However the front desk suggested a bigger room with a reasonable cost extra. The next day we roam around and the halal food are everywhere near the hotel which a big plus. Galleria LaFayette also a walking distance. Metro... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
