Nice little boutique hotel between Opéra and Gare du Nord, next to the Cadet metro station - the entire city is just a short walk and a metro ride away. Our room (408) was quite small but decorated nicely and always very clean. Soundproofing was not top level and if you're not used to city noises ask for a room... More

I would describe this as an ideal Paris boutique hotel, we had a suite, which was excellent, both value and standard. Position is reasonably busy, but the hotel was serene (We usually stay at an apartment in the Upper 3rd, but we were only here for 2 night) One thing to note is the two rooms in the suite are... The hotel was in a great location near two different metro lines and a short walk from Opera Garnier. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were updated and the hotel in general was very funky. Cute bowler hat lights and photos from old movies. The breakfast was nice although pricey. The Windows kept out a lot... More

I spent a wonderful time in this hotel. Every thing was on the highest level so I can recommend it to everyone. Room was very nice with a beautiful view on Paris, the stuff was very kind and helpful. Morning breakfast was delicious and offered many different types of food. I'm sure I'll stay in the hotel next time I'm... More

I stayed at Best Westen- Premier Opera Faubourg for a business trip. I saw some of the reviews from USA clientele and know that they might be a tad picky. But what I found was just what I needed, A home from home when you are working. I just was using the hotel for somewhere to crash for the the... More

I had a terrible stay in this hotel, the reception is populated by young people very poorly trained. The rooms are way too small and the staff is not at all helpful in the resolution of guest problems or needs. Around this hotel there are only very bad restaurants and to eat without taking the subway is a challenge. Never... More

We asked for and got a room at the top of the hotel in Room 603 which faced the main street. With the window shut it was quiet but there was plenty of traffic noise when we opened it. Room was rather hot so we turned the heating right down. Smallish rooms as others have mentioned, but clean and bed... More

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Paris. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable and offered a great nights sleep. They offer a great buffet breakfast. The only down side is the room service is a little slow. Would definately recommend it.

We arrived in the evening, vert friendly staff, gave a better room than booked, provided a baby cot. Staff advised us on near by restaurants. Perfect stay. Nice atmosphère, located near Galeries Lafayette, nice walk up to Place de la Madeleine.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
