Air con not working no fan so room hot, run down, building work everywhere with no apology, no minibar. Breakfast reasonable value at €10, only good thing I can think of! More

Positives first – this hotel is in a great position, perfect for the Champs Elysees and the Louvre. The staff were friendly, although not helpful, and there was great water pressure in the shower (I’m scrapping the bottom of the barrel now though!). Given the choice between a double or a twin room we had booked a double. We got... More

Unfirtunately, in this hotel there is very dishonest cleanliness- personal! We had forgotten a make- up- bag with VIP - cosmetic at the bathroom and when we returned in the hotel in 3 hours- we hadn't find it! More

from the tiny lift that takes about 1 person and luggage to the lack of wifi and general poor state of the rooms this place is poor. we have stayed in many hotels all over the world and this would easily be the worst. Time for a major upgrade. The best aspect is the breakfast and the location. More

This hotel is bad,bad rooms, surly front desk staff,an allover vibe of a welfare hotel. We had to wait until four PM for our rooms and one was air conditioned and one was not,the bellman didn't show at all and the desk said in effect -to bad.At check out they tried to charge us aS different rate than we we quoted and... And that's a generous three star. Great location, right in the heart of shopping mecca. Translation: Bring Cash!!! If you don't mind staying 1.5 blocks from President Sarkozy, this is the place for you. Our first room on the 7th floor, with a balcony with a view of The Eiffel Tower was outdated and tiny, even by European standards. The... More

This place is all about location. Few minutes away from the madeleine n the closest metro. Walking distance to famous shops such as Hermes, Chanel n many other shops. Perfect location for shopaholics. However the room was not 4 star standard. Definetely I felt it was a downgrade compared to when I came here 9 years ago. We were suppose... More

This Hotel is in a very convenient location for the Centre of Paris but it's tired, dirty and lacks nearly every facuility that you would normally expect from a 4 star hotel. It does not have a restaurant for evening meals, no bar in the evenings. Staff are generally not very helpful. We arrived at 10pm and there was no-one... More

This place is absolutely disgusting. We found it to be in a relatively convenient part of town but the facilities are just run down and I hope nobody stays here. The entire hotel is under major reconstruction, loud jack hammers and construction workers throughout the inside and outside of the building during all hours of the day/night/weekends. From 6am to... Unless you like an old run down place, filthy carpets, extremely noisy rooms, listening to converqsations of your neighbour, not funtioning airco, curtains that partly fall off the rails, noisy water piping, very slow elevators, no lobby and grumpy staff. And all that for the price of a good quality 4 start hotel which this is not at all. More
