Room was small, but very comfortable and perfect for a couple of days stay. Loved being within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and a short walk to Notre. Dame. Only place I have ever stayed in Paris where I would make a return visit

Stayed here last weekend of February as a birthday treat. Booked it through Booking.com. Room was lovely and clean and the shower was amazing. Lovely part of Paris and easy access to Metro! A 5 minute walk from Notre de dame! Didn't have breakfast as was up early every day! But 10/10 for everything we experienced!

I could walk to Notre Dame, the Sorbonne, the Pantheon, the Luxembourg Gardens and the Arab World Institute from my hotel. The Maubert Metro stop and open air market were one block away. Every bread, meat, fish, fruit and vegetable store were in the next square on the Blvd. St. Germaine. The double room I had the first year was... More

Interesting location. Very friendly staff. Room relatively small (as so often in Paris) and somewhat old, but perfectly equipped: good bed, good windows, free wifi of good quality, minibar with fresh orange juice, bath, safe, etc. Breakfast is served in rather small dining room in basement.

Abbatial Hotel have a very good location in Blvd. Saint Germain, a few steps from Notre Dame and with dozens of Cafes around it. There's also a Carrefour Express across the street to save some money with foods and drinks. Nice bed, shower and wifi connection.

The location is perfect. Everything is just around the corner. Chez Gladines (very nice restaurant) next door is a plus. My room was cosy, comfy and very clean...and not too small considering it's Paris. The toilet was very basic, but again very clean. Maybe just a bit noisy during the night...but again it is Boulevard St Germain! The staff is... More

We stayed two nights in February and were very pleased with our choice of hotel. It is very comfortable, well appointed and conveniently located at the heart of the Latin Quarter, 5 minutes from Notre Dame. Free wifi worked well enough and although the room was small, it didn't feel cramped. It's on a busy boulevard, so don't be surprised... More

We decided to stop over in Paris on our way home to the US from India. We are in our 70's and wanted some R and R. This hotel was perfect. Our room is large enough and has 2 windows each with doors that open to French porches. It is on a quiet side. We passed on the 12 Euro... More

This is a 3 stars hotel, very well located (I insist about this point) and close to Notre Dame de Paris. Also the Boulevard Saint Germain, quartier Latin, Jardin du Luxembourg. Ideal for a couple or single visitor. Not very recommended for a family with babies/small children due to small rooms. Rooms very clean, bed confortable and free Internet.

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
