A great location for this hotel. Room was small but had everything I needed. Staff is friendly. I didn't try the breakfast, there is plenty of places around you can go. Very close to the subway and good dinner spots nearby too. Had no problem during my 2 nights stay.

I was quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Location was great and close to a metro station, many restaurants, and shopping. Printemps and Galeries Lafayette are just a short walk away. We got a low "last room" rate online, and later realized that it was probably because we got the smallest room in the hotel! (Checked the fire... More

Dear Jakarta, I was very pleased to read your comment on the hotel, and I am happy that you have enjoyed your stay. We do have different room categories, from your description I think you were accomodated in a classic room. Our classic rooms are about 14 m², with a bed of 1.40 m. I would suggest to book a... I often have to spend the night in hotels in Paris. I have always been satisfied with the Best Western hotels I have stayed in, but this one was exceptionally good. I must confess that I was 'upgraded' but I did sneak a look at standard rooms which looked excellent value for money. The staff were charming and extremely helpful.... More

FYI m'y stay was 4 nights long. The description of the hotel state "pleasant relaxing atmosphere", this is kind of a joke when you know that the hotel have a metro line just underground. You can feel the vibration up to the fourth floor! The breakfast is really bad for such a price of 18€. Poor in term of choices... More

It's a small friendly hotel more like a boutique hotel, with a good location and close to metro station in Madelaine square just 3 min walk, close to the station of the bus hop on hop off. There are a lot of good restaurants on the streets behind the hotel. Opera and the store Printemps are close.Probably we were lucky... More

The concierge at the front desk were always incredibly helpful and friendly and the hotel had an awesome atmosphere and style to it (plus a very good breakfast). the only negative is the breakfast : really too (too!!!) minimal and the service room is not in line with expectations . We had a problem in the room with a light bulb and despite calls nobody came to solve. For the rest all ok .

Good parts: - Hotel can be affordable (even free) if you look for deals or are part of a loyalty program. - Location is good. Opera district has lots going on (in heart of shopping, close to major tourist attractions, and a metro - Madaleine station with 3 lines- is one block away, no shortage of simple restaurants in area)...
