We were recommended this hotel by family that had just stayed here. The location is really great onthe isle in a very charming street with small charming shops and great restaurants. I was disappointed to arrive at this hotel and find how truly awful it was. The halls, carpets and walls were filthy. Initially we chose this hotel for it's great location! It is right in the dead center of Paris. That location CANNOT be beat! It is near tons of little shops and restaurants, also there is a little super market right next door , which is convenient. This hotel is situated on the beautiful and quaint Ile Saint Louis, which is a little island in the middle of the Seine.
