This hotel has a beautiful honeymoon room (double view) with a great view, excellent location, and the sheets looked as though they were changed and ironed daily - Magnifique. The elevator is slow but charming, the decor classic, nice little touches (heated towel rail), cross the road to dine or walk a few minutes to the Metro. A stroll down... More

We spent two nights at this hotel. We chose it for a couple specific reasons. One - it had air conditioning. Two - it had a queen sized bed. All the other good stuff was just a bonus. It is right across from the hotel des invalids: absolutely beautiful. It is within walking distance of everything. We walked to the... More

We stayed five nights in this comfortable hotel last week. We appreciated everything about it; the location is perfect for walking to Rue Cler, les Invalides, the Rodin Museum the Eiffel Tower and many other sites. It's just a half block to the nearest metro station. Our room was pleasant, quiet and very comfortable; the bathroom was large with a... More

We booked this hotel because we wanted to be able to walk to and from the Eiffel Tower at night to see it lit up. This hotel is located on a quiet street, about a block from a metro stop about a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The decor was very nice, and the bathroom was modern and... More

This is a good local hotel in the 7th, great location near the Eiffel tower, Grand Palais etc walking distance to market street Rue Cler and many good french restaurants. There is no fridge in the room or tea facilities, or supplied bottled water so it is a basic rather than high end hotel.

We spent one night here on July 7. It was clean, well taken care of and snug. As most European hotels are. The elevator is small, but there are always stairs. The room we had had more room then most rooms in Paris. While the room my son was in was tight. Very little space to walk between foot of... More

My wife and 12 year stayed here the first week of June 2015. He is a 12 year old. The amenities were great. Simple breakfast, clean European size room, and a great location. The 2nd arredendismo is a great district. The cab driver at Charles De Gaulle did not know the hotel, so I was a bit concerned. But, this... More

Was in a single room and it was about 3x size of usual double Paris hotel room. Very nicely furnished and a huge bathroom. Small breakfast buffet but you can ask the very nice lady to make you cooked eggs. Location ideal. I travel to Paris every year and this is now my go-to hotel.

Two-night stay last March, as we waited for our apartment--so I forgot to review. Reading here the management's inability to accept criticism, I have been sparked to add my two cents. The location is great. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was modern. But the construction outside the windows beginning at 8 in the morning drove us nuts. Now... More

Dear d311michelle, thank you for your very late comment. A year and a half after your stay... what a good memory you have! The scafolding has been down for about a year and a half now. We needed this outside renovation so our hotel stays beautiful from outside and inside. We always pay attention to our guests and I am... More

First things first. This is Paris. That means the staff are rude and everyone smokes, it seems it's compulsory here. I have been here many times and I get the deal. But if there is one thing that will ruin a stay it is the strong smell of tobacco. My room stunk of it and there was nothing to do.... More

Dear bigdanMelbourne, thank you for your comment. I am very surprise that you could smell smoke inside your room because our hotel in entirely non smoking and we pay good attention for our guests to respect this policy. It can be true that if you open your windows on the street, you can smell some odors that we can't control.... More

Tour Eiffel / Invalides
With the Eiffel Tower at its core, the Invalides area of Paris is guaranteed to impress. Golden towers and Baron Haussmann's urban vision meet military precision, stretching avenues, and luscious lawns. The area boasts the Musée D’Orsay, the tomb of Napoleon, the National Parliament and UNESCO, as well as luxurious, exclusive residences. In fine restaurants and at the weekend markets, families, diplomats, and politicians brush shoulders with the tourists who come to see this postcard-perfect area for themselves.
