Blah! Room was dated with old furniture and a saggy mattress. The staff at the Hotel were helpful with directions to the various sights in the city. Overall, I would not reccomend this hotel if you are looking for a romantic getaway. Our room faced onto the street and was very noisey. Yes, I realize we are in the city... more

Good points:- excellent location, room cleaned daily. Bad points:- Our room was very disappointing. Extremely cramped; two single beds had been squeezed into a room clearly not big enough. The facilities in the room were also quite lacking. Staff at the hotel were not at all friendly, definitely wouldn't go the extra mile and we often felt "in the way".... more

We booked this hotel for our 1st wedding anniversary last year, and it came as a part of a package deal through Eurostar. From the google-mapping I did, we realised it was a brilliant location (and it was), an amazing place to stay in terms of proximity to the Louvre (a leisurely 10 min stroll through the Tuileries), the Seine,... more

Hotel Des Tuileries, Paris 7 August 2008 My wife and I have just returned from a short break in Paris which we took to celebrate her 60th birthday. We were recommended this hotel by friends because of the location and they did not let us down. It is close to the Louvre and the Musee Dorsay and only a few... more

Hotel situated in great area for all the sights. Rooms small but have all you need for a short break. Rooms tidy and clean ( some need an overall) with fresh towels and linen daily. Bathrooms tiny but well maintained. Hotel has a very small footprint so to be expected. Staff friendly and helpfull. Our buffet breakfast was included in... more

We have just returned from a five day stay at this hotel, which was booked to celebrate a special wedding anniversary. The rooms were dreadful, we were shown to three different rooms by the new receptionist ,the first two being a mistake, they were all tatty with poor and dilapidated furnishings, torn and faded wallpaper, old and stained carpeting, although... more

Paris was fantastic and we had a nice stay at the Hotel des Tuileries. Location was in the heart of the city and near the Louvre Museum. The street name for the hotel was not on our maps so we recommend bringing directions to the location. We were on a romatic trip to Paris and requested double bed. We got... more

We were happy with this hotel. I've stayd in a lot of 3* hotels but this was def the best one jet. The room had a minibar (which was very expensive, paid 17 euros for 3 small bottles of water and 2 of orange juice). The bedsheets were changed every day and so were the towels. The room was very... more

Hotel was a last-minute booking and is most definitely in a great location. Cold buffet breakfast was included - plenty of choice and very fresh rolls and croissants served both mornings. The room was on the tiny side with a tiny bed to match - it's decoration was a little on the tired side with an oddly large number of... more
