Must admit that I was expecting a big hotel, with many amenities etc. But I can't deny that the people working there make the difference. The Hotel is quite small few rooms per floor but is a small Jewel in Paris and everybody in the hotel are extremely nice, polite and helpful. We stayed with ours 3 little girls and... More

Excellent location (400m from Tuileries metro), comfortable room, small ish but it is a capital city!!! Would definitely use again. Didn't see much of day staff as we were out all day but the night porter we saw couldn't help enough - very nice guy!!!

You have to realise that hotel rooms in Paris are very expensive and this cost us €210 + tax and breakfast for a room for two. However, the location is excellent, just 100 yards or so from the famous Tuileries Gardens and within genuine walking distance of the Louvre, Place Vendome and Notre Dame Cathedral (if you have two good... Recently refurbished, this hotel is perfect for a weekend away in Paris. It is located one street away from rue Saint-Honore, two minutes from rue de Rivoli, with a ten minute stroll to the Louvre. Perfect. The desk people were kind and courteous and our room was very nice. The breakfasts were adequate (just!). A nice touch was the way... More

I have been there recently. The first impression has been really positive. A nice person at desk, very gentle. Very professional. The room was small but well equipped (may be to put also a pen and paper would be appreciable in case you have to take notes as happend to me...). I have a few doubts about the cleaning of... More

Recently reopened after a refurbishment/modernisation. Fantastic location. Promised a 4* but is it not in the same league as the St James and Albany or Hotel Costes which are just around the corner. Staff are very nice but inexperienced in 4 star customer expectations/service, uniforms shabby. There is no eye for detail. Room very small and simple. No full length... More

Great location, but very small hotel with old furniture and equipments. Due to the hotel size and popularity not many taxi drivers are aware about the hotel location, make sure you keep hotel address with you at all the time

The hotel is just in front of the famous shopping street "Saint Honorè" and of the Tuileries gardens. Everybody at the hotel was very kind and the room was in the 18th century stile and very clean. I recommend it to couples that want to spend a week end in Paris.

I picked this hotel when I stayed here by myself in december 2007 due to its affordable price and close proximity to the Tuileries gardens. Like most small european hotels, the elevator was super small. The staff wasn't the friendliest (not unexpected from a french hotel), the rooms were pretty basic, there are few TV channels in english (which isn't... More

We booked this hotel on the internet to a decent price which is about half the price that is listed at the reception. The location of the hotel is excellent and the outside very inviting. Inside it still looked nice but a bit worn down. This impression grew much stronger when we saw our room. The room had a quite... More
