Pros: good location, clean and well organized rooms. Cons: small rooms with ugly view, noise every night, breakfast buffet is always out of something, staff is not very helpful, almost no English language programming among 63 TV channels

Pillows not that great and a lot of garbage dragging noise early in the morning all days we were there. Breakfast area is nice but breakfast food not great. Tiny room overlooking noisy street with poor soundproofing especially from the long corridor frequented by suitcases with wheels and laundry trolleys early in the morning. Nothing like the excellent hotel they used to have in rue de l'echequier sadly no longer a holiday inn. I won't return.

The location of this hotel makes it worth the extra cost. (And having two other adults to split the cost with was a great idea, too!) The rooms were a decent size, for Paris. The room was very clean. Our favorite part about the hotel was the metro stop literally outside the door. We'd stay there again.

We booked three nights in this 'new' Holiday Inn, in an Executive Room. Note that it is not easy to stop outside or round the corner from this Hotel, as the road is busy.
