Very average, will not go back. However the location is very good, a few steps from the opera house and walking distance from the Louvre, transport links fantastic. The hotel itself had a very musky smell, the lift is too slow, most of the staff were friendly just did not meet the expectations for the price we payed. Quick recommendation, right... More

The location was right in the heart of the old opera district, just around the corner from the opera house. The hotel was impeccable and clean. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well. The rooms were the small size to be expected of a hotel in a large city. The beds were the most comfortable we had slept... More

Great location, nice simple rooms, clean and helpful staff. Not luxurious but comfortable. Good restaurants and cafes around. Near the Opera and Roissybus station, very convenient. Bad breakfast, don't buy it it's awful, there's a very good cafe around the corner with nice food but not cheap either.

I stayed here right off Rue de la Madeleine and Rue de la Paix, very pricey areas. So it is about 1/5 the cost of staying at the Park Hyatt just 1 block away. There is no lobby to speak of. But rooms are ok size, beds are good, as are bathrooms. Good choices on TV. Breakfast is 18 euros... More

This is a 50 bedroom hotel ideally located on a side street near L'Opera and thus within easy walking distance of many of the major tourist attractions in Paris. It has a very small sliding entrance door but once inside the staff are particularly helpful--for Paris --and the rooms a decent size and well enough equipped as Paris hotels go. Shower... More

We stayed here over the weekend recently - the location is absolutely amazing: 5 minutes walk away from the Opera, Rue Saint-Honore and lots of restaurants, less than 10 minutes walk from Galleries Lafayette Printemps and Metro station Pyramids (direct from Gare de Lyon - only 2 stations away), and about 15 minutes walk to the Louvre. The great thing... More

I stayed From Saturday-Monday in mid January . This hotel located between Ave D'Opera and Rue de la Paix, one of the high end area in Paris. The hotel entrance is very small but if you check before the location, you can find easy. Well trained " Daytime" staff, in the evening, older gentleman was better than younger who was... More

This is a small boutique hotel situated in the “Opera” district of central Paris on the right bank. Its location is its best feature. The hotel is ideally situated for seeing the major tourist spots, and is surrounded by quintessentially Parisienne architecture, shops, cafes and bustling nightlife, although being located on a small side road off the Avenue de L’Opera... We came on 30th of Dec, supposed to stay for two nights - however firstly they could not find our reservation then when we saw the room, which is very small with old furniture, we wake up with bitten by bad bugs, they were on the bed, and behind the bad- we asked them to immediately cancel our second night.... Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
