My daughters and I stayed for 7 nights at this hotel in a triple room on the 4th floor. The room was larger than we had before in Paris for a reasonable price. You cannot beat the location! It is perfect for touring the entire historic district. It was a little loud on weekend nights with the bars on street... More

Renovated hotel in fantastic position. Essential furnishing but very functional. The people at the reception were always very friendly and helpful. Tea/cofffee maker in the room with a good choice of teas. Very clean. We will definitely return there next time in Paris. Our room was at the last and 6th floor, no noise from the street. The bed was... More

We booked last minute and a triple room and it was good value and in a good location (very close to the Notre Dame). Room was small but did have a fridge, safe and air conditioning. I would be happy to stay here again.

We selected this hotel based on location, amenities, price and reviews (here and on Agoda) for this first trip to Paris. I am extremely pleased with the experience living up to expectations. They have an early check-in time of 1:30pm, which is helpful for travelers who arrive on an early flight into CDG or Orly. Its location is also phenomenal... More

3 of us stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while on a girls trip to Paris. I chose it for the location and it did not dissapoint. Right next to the St Michel metro and ReR airport line, hop on hop off bus stop across the road. Heaps of great restaurants to chose from and a great atmosphere in... More

The hotel is walking distance from a lot of tourist areas like the Notre-Dame Cathedral, Louvre, Orsay, Saint-Chapelle, Cluny, Pantheon, Pont Neuf among others. Lots of food choices on the streets surrounding the hotel too! Can get a little noisy during the night but just close the windows and youre good. TIPS: If you dont speak/understand French and youre dying... More

Strongly recommended for location and pleasant, not too small, rooms by Parisian standards. And a good quality simple breakfast. The area is slightly noisy however but that is down to the lively location.

The Hotel Albe was recommended to us through a co-worker who stayed there last year. We found it clean and neat, with all the amenities we needed. We were interested in a small, boutique hotel and found the staff to be pleasant. The concierge, in particular, is lovely, friendly and was delightful engaging my son in speaking French. The location... More

Great hotel and very nice staff! Our room was on the second floor - room 213. Air conditioning worked great! First hotel in Europe that I could actually control the air myself! Street below is very noisy at night - and early in to the morning.

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
