Literally, this hotel is in the middle of two Rues and above a boulangerie.Surrounding the hotel are shops, cafes and a supermarket which is only less than 2 minutes walk from the front door of the hotel. From the balcony of hotel room, a part of River Seine could be seen and any photos taken at night would capture the... More

A fantastic location, right in the heart of the Latin Quarter so all the nightlife, bars and restaurants is on your doorstep. Also within metres of both Metro and RER stations. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and polite. I really could not fault this hotel. I've stayed at many hotels in Paris, varying greatly... More

My husband, 19 year old son, and I stayed in a triple room for 2 nights in mid August. This hotel was just what we wanted. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the room was quiet, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was small, but we were not in it it much!... More

My family had an amazing 3 night stay at Hotel Albe in April this year to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. Each of us absolutely loved this hotel not just for its central location but for the customer service, which was excellent! We were able to walk to all the attractions from the hotel and it literally is a 5... More

My recent stay (09th - 16th Aug 2015) was my 5th at this hotel, surely not without good reason: Location is great, right in the centre of the Latin Quarter / medieval quarter around St Severin's church which is one of the oldest in Paris. Very close to Notre Dame, River Seine and Blvd. St. Michel (Metro, RER, Buses). Jardin... More

The location was unbeatable, just a 5 minutes walk from Notre Dame Cathedral, with a view of the Siene from our window. The hotel nestled in a side street with lots of delicious restaurant just outside, everything from creperies to gyro and falafel stands and a block away from the Metro/RER stop Notre Dame St.Michel. One of the RER lines... More

I have been to Paris dozens of times and finally found a boutique hotel with a beautiful view, with lovely cafes and restaurants nearby, and the Sienne River and Notre Dame and Le Louvre within footsteps of your door. Our room, which literally had the word ALBE hung on the railing of the porch, had a view of the river... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was good, considering the hotel rooms are rather small in Paris. People working there were nice. Airco worked just fine. WiFi was soso not super. Breakfast is really basic, just around the corner is a good bakery where you can have croissants and other pastries.

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
